Internal Nervousness Analysis and Synthesis of Order Management System via Simulation modelling
In this research, we investigated the root causes of internal nervousness in Demand Fulfillment and Master Planning. A control system called Early Warning (EW) showed repetitive error. To reveal the possible sources of this error we simulate the planning system and its interactions with the physical system. The main objective is to evaluate different root causes’ of the hypothesis in a risk-free environment via a simulation model. The simulation model supports us in the development of a data science model for further testing the EW error hypothesis.
