If you are following this for a warm up PLEASE put your heels all the way down when you're doing the jumps in parallel and first. If you don't, you're setting yourself up for shortened calf muscles, achilles problems, shin splints etc...Roll through the feet going up and coming down! It is harder to do when you go faster or when you get tired so start off with a few and then work your strength and stamina up to do more.
Even though I am NOT a dancer, doing the first 10 minutes of the warmup really helps me feel strong, and also really helps to loosen up my body!! This is saving me this quarantine.

I feel relaxed and loose muscles after this workout. The video is very helpful. It’s different from the last warm up I received because this one i gave it my all and too me i feel its more helpful to me. My favorite part of the video was the walk with the hands in the air because the move is so smooth and it looks nice .

After I did what was done in the video I feel that my body is stretched and I do these stretches in class so I’m used to them. This one is different from the last video because this one with the music looked like a dance. My favorite part of this warm up is the neck stretches and the ones that look like side lunges.
My dance teacher helped me do this and I really liked it, for the past couple days I've been doing this myself on my own time. Great video :) But on a serious not, brothers/sisters, please turn from your ways and look towards Jesus and trust Him, because our world is growing worse by the day, and I'm not sure what will happen next. But please turn to the Savior, because He wants to know you, and I promise you He is absolutely amazing and the most reliable, loving, peace giving person, despite our cruel world
i dont do ballet so im pretty new with the tendus and other techniques...but whenever i do this warm up...i feel like i do ballet too... love the music you used here... but the middle part...the video disappeared for a while...😊
