    It is never too late to start! I know of a guy in the UK who started parkour when he was 40! Parkour is for all ages, go out and start moving :)

    This was the one I was scared of, or at least one of them. And it kind of seems like one of the easiest things to do in Parkour. But this viedo really really helped :D Can't wait to try it !

    I just got back from practicing vaults for the first time and I now understand why they're always wearing sweat pants. My legs are scratched to hell from the brick wall but I feel absolutely incredible.

    I like running, but not like jogging running, but running with a purpose or a motivation. Football (soccer), for instance is great, but practicing in a club was tiring and time consuming. So I guess once I get my stamina up a little, I could start.

    I love parkour, but parkour doesn't seems to love me back. Can someone who have some stitch on his stomach do the parkour? Cause i think parkour need the swinging movement of the hip which also affect the stomach.

      OK here's some advice: learn some grammer, and If you are 7-14 years old, just be active and you'll be great at parkour. If you are any older than you should work out and you'll be fine. Good luck! And BTW I'm not a damn grammar nazi, OK.

      We did. We're currently in between things at the moment. Ben left the project a number of years ago and we're looking to restart it in earnest. We've put out a couple of new videos this year and are planning to do more here soon. Here's the one that started our soft relaunch: ua-cam.com/video/5VdrwJ7KAEY/v-deo.html It's called "How not to break your face"

    What's the point of a thief if you know the lazy? I can do a lazy but I don't know what the point of a thief is. Just cool looks and feeling? Lol

    • @TrainingForParkour
      @TrainingForParkour  8 років тому

      +Impact Parkour Studios There are a couple of different benefits to the thief vs the lazy vault. The thief vault allows you to travel a bit further both along and away from the obstacle. The thief vault is also useful as a transition movement because the leg can swing into it from a previous position (such as coming out of a rotation). The lazy is better for taking a drop on the far side of a low wall or obstacle as it's more of up-down sort of movement. Hope that clears things up!
