I cannot believe how smooth Peter Hart's carves are and how beautifully he exits on a the plane

COVID must have hit Vassiliki quite hard - all the hotels appear to have been knocked down....

Give it a go even if you think you cannot do it. I could duke gybe long before my carve gybes were dry. I think they are easier because you get more time to sort out your exit.
