My Mum died when I was 18 and I thought partying and travelling would make me happy. But all it did was cause me to make some seriously bad decisions and I was still depressed after a decade. It took me 10 years to get help. Please think about it ❤
'Glow ups' don't help mentally long term.
Glow ups like these she’s doing are so toxic, I’ve been there after a traumatic situation and it gave me major body dysmorphia. Hope she gets the help she needs😢
She doesn’t need help, she needs a job. All she does is film herself lazing about, its not good for mental health. Im disgusted that this is what society has become

Please get therapy Millie. This is no different to binge eating or drinking a bottle of wine a night. Or spending $$$$ on online shopping buy a 12th bottle.of perfume or even.more clothes you will never wear.. its a high..it numbs the pain you feel..but it never lasts..you seem so..lost..its really sad to see.
In time she will get what she needs. It may not be therapy. Have you ever thought this is entertainment. She is entertaining. We all ❤ her

I have noticed a tendency towards trying to physically ‘glow up’ myself to cope with not feeling great at times. Hope you’re doing okay and taking care of yourself. ❤
You know what we have all had a break up and have wanted to feel good about ourselves from manicure to new hair to if they was rich maybe surgery (at a push idk) but as long as it's things you want and you feel happier after it boosts your confidence. Especially when she said she wasn't going to over do filler or botox that is her doing something for herself and not going overboard. I hope you feel better and stronger and more confident now you'll find the one at the right time!
Don't own a Porsche, got it. But on a more serious note, this is temporary. You need to fix yourself somehow that will last forever. Therapy, changing habits, anything. Wishing you all the best ❤

after you wash your hair (make sure it’s really wet) flip your hair upside down and put mousse in it and then use a diffuser on a hairdryer to dry and your curls will be fab x

Gorgeous as always!❤ Advice on tanning. I have Dutch, Scottish, Irish and English in me and burn like a lobster. Try 5 minutes daily for 3-4 days. Then do 10 minutes for a couple days and move up to 30 or even the stronger beds for 20-30 minutes. You'll have a perfect tan😁
tanning beds cause cancer, look after your body and respect it, its meant to last you your whole life.
