Which loctite for your Rolex Watches?

I saw a lot of different advice floating about, so I've dug into the spec sheets of the most recommended loctites and can share with you the findings!
So which threadlocker is the best for your Rolex?

If you fail at removing the screw you can apply green loctite too the screwdriver head (it’s like glue) then apply heat (cure quickly) that really helps with grip

I’ve owned Rolex and Omega for a decade. They all get worn.
This is literally the first I’ve heard about gluing the screws in. Although it makes sense,
Interesting vid - I don’t have the confidence to start taking the bits apart, but good to know.

You likely had qualified techs that do the right thing and used something. That being said, some on designs are more susceptible than others.

Will loctite loosen if you would wear your Rolex in a hot tub?

No. The temperatures needed to weaken loctite would cause burns.

@RS Fan purely software. But my bachelors is electrical school so we have lots of data sheets like this.

I just took my Explorer to the AD to get my screws tightened.
They said, my recent trip to a -15 C country to ski. Could of shrunk the screws.
I don’t really know, but i said thank you 🙏🏾
