Urdu is as Indian as Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Sanskrit and other languages. It's very painful to see some think it as foreign language. Huge respect to Javed ji and Jashn-e- rekhta channel for emphasising this. ❤️
They are just ignorant people hindi & urdu are two different form of writing-speaking same ONE language, recently the genZ is using the new form writing-speaking this same language what we call it HINGLISH😏.

I'm his biggest fan and have probably watched every single one of his speeches and interviews on UA-cam over the years, but I wish he wouldn't repeat the same thoughts and anecdotes so frequently. I understand that one's perspective can't change from interview to interview when one is out there in the public eye constantly, but I'm sure he'll have plenty more stories to share if he is made aware of the repetition problem arising from easy availability of content across the internet. He has even repeated some of these lines in a previous Rekhta appearance. Nonetheless, love and respect to Javed sir. Greatest inspiration :)
He has a few speeches which are repeated which is boring, but have you noticed how many times he has screamed from the rooftops that he is an atheist . No one is interested in his being an atheist. A good poet gone astray .
I guess these lectures/speeches are either on a certain topic or in response to a question. Hence the repetition. Although I agree that there's repetition on UA-cam. I recommend you choose the title carefully 😅

Javed saheb Urdu has ability of getting merge with any other languages. Many words are used in Marathi with comfort. He gave useful account on scripts of various languages in the world. Wonderful Punjabi has three scripts. English script is used by French German. Hindi & Urdu are twin sisters. The Undu was used to criticise the Jannat aur Jahannum. People love hearing & speaking Urdu. Rekhta good platform for propagation amongst people.

Every time I hear Javedji speak its a learning opportunity. This one teaches how to reach hearts in spite of the barriers of bias and prejudices. He delivers with compassion even for his critics, those shrouded in dogmatic beliefs and yet he stays true to who he is. Exceptional.

San 1800 me angrezon ne Urdu zaban me se farsi lafz hatakar sanskrit daalke usko hindi bol diya taaki hum hinduon ko bewakoof banaya Jaa sake aur hum apni bhasa Braj , awadhi, bhojpuri sab ko chodke Urdu me padhe likhein. Braj bhasa ki poetry 1000 saal purani hai , hindi poetry 19vi Sadi se pehle ek poetry nahi milegi ye mera challenge hai. Kyunki ye angrezon ne banayi.
@Kraken Thunder lol u have no idea of history dude. Hindi is just a Sanskritised register of "Hindustani" language. This hindustani language was a hybrid language that began to develop post the sultanate rule in delhi. It was a mixture of khariboli + Braj+ Persian. This language was then spread throughout India by soldiers of Sultanate/Mughals. We Hindus of North India in that period used Braj bhasa or awadhi or Rajasthani language. Hindustani lang was predominantly used by muslims but not exclusively. Then British came and took hindustani was made the official language. And Hindus abandoned Braj bhasa,awadhi etc and switched to Sanskritised hindustani to avail postions of power. There is a reason why hindi poetry doesn't exist up until late 1800s. The first Proper hindi poet was bhartendu who was born in 1850 who was a British agent while the first Urdu poet was quli qutub Shah who was born in mid 1500s. Meer taqi meer urdus greatest poet was doing poetry 150 years before Hindi poetry came into existence. Hindi has no literary legacy as long as Urdu. I am a Hindu but Hindi is just a artificially created language out of a more natural Urdu/Hindustani.
@Kraken Thunder lol bro u are wrong there. Up untill 1837 Persian and English were offical language of EIC. But in 1837 Persian was replaced by Hindustani language. It was written in Urdu script. Britishers basically called Urdu as Hindustani. Even a section of British officers and army used to learn Urdu. If u check records of 1800s it is completely in Urdu. Excluding English Urdu was the language of administration in army, in Courts and govt offices. But post 1860s the hindi movement started to replace Urdu. It was a movement supported by British to divide Hindus and muslims. Even untill 1947 Urdu was the predominant lang in North India. Bhagat singh ,Nehru,Bose ,Azad, ram prasad bismil etc were well versed in Urdu. Azad Hind fauj national language was Urdu. My point is Sanskritised Hindi was language which was not naturally formed unlike Urdu, Braj , awadhi but it was artificially created to supress Urdu supremacy by some hindu fundamentalists. Urdu was not exclusive to muslims but for both Hindus and muslims.

Hindi is a sub register of Hindustani language. Hindustani is language which was based on khariboli dialect. Ram charit Manas, Hanuman chalisa are written in awadhi language not Hindi. Kabir wrote in a language Braj + awadhi mixture. These language are not Hindustani language. They have different history. Urdu and Hindi are two registers of hindustani language which was a hybrid lang formed due to Persianate rule over noth india for 800 yrs

Lekin iss nayi sanskrit nisht Urdu ke Sher o shayari ki koi wo rutba nahi hai aaj bhi Urdu shayari ke saamne. Log Urdu me hi Sher bolte hai Urdu ke hi gaane sunte hain Urdu me baat chit karte hain.
Koi bhi nakli zaban jitna bhi thopa Jaye nahi chalegi. Zaban thopi Jaa sakti hoti to aaj hum sab Urdu/Hindi ki jagah sanskrit ya Farsi bol rahe hote.

Hindi Urdu koi alag zaban nahi hai.
San 1800 me angrezon ne Urdu zaban me se farsi lafz hatakar sanskrit daalke usko hindi bol diya taaki hum hinduon ko bewakoof banaya Jaa sake aur hum apni bhasa Braj , awadhi, bhojpuri sab ko chodke Urdu me padhe likhein.
Braj bhasa ki poetry 1000 saal purani hai , hindi poetry 19vi Sadi se pehle ek poetry nahi milegi ye mera challenge hai. Kyunki ye angrezon ne banayi.
@Kraken Thunder lol u have no idea of history dude. Hindi is just a Sanskritised register of "Hindustani" language. This hindustani language was a hybrid language that began to develop post the sultanate rule in delhi. It was a mixture of khariboli + Braj+ Persian. This language was then spread throughout India by soldiers of Sultanate/Mughals.
We Hindus of North India in that period used Braj bhasa or awadhi or Rajasthani language.
Hindustani lang was predominantly used by muslims but not exclusively.
Then British came and took hindustani was made the official language. And Hindus abandoned Braj bhasa,awadhi etc and switched to Sanskritised hindustani to avail postions of power.
There is a reason why hindi poetry doesn't exist up until late 1800s.
The first Proper hindi poet was bhartendu who was born in 1850 who was a British agent while the first Urdu poet was quli qutub Shah who was born in mid 1500s.
Meer taqi meer urdus greatest poet was doing poetry 150 years before Hindi poetry came into existence.
Hindi has no literary legacy as long as Urdu.
I am a Hindu but Hindi is just a artificially created language out of a more natural Urdu/Hindustani.
@Kraken Thunder lol bro u are wrong there. Up untill 1837 Persian and English were offical language of EIC. But in 1837 Persian was replaced by Hindustani language. It was written in Urdu script. Britishers basically called Urdu as Hindustani. Even a section of British officers and army used to learn Urdu. If u check records of 1800s it is completely in Urdu. Excluding English
Urdu was the language of administration in army, in Courts and govt offices. But post 1860s the hindi movement started to replace Urdu. It was a movement supported by British to divide Hindus and muslims.
Even untill 1947 Urdu was the predominant lang in North India. Bhagat singh ,Nehru,Bose ,Azad, ram prasad bismil etc were well versed in Urdu. Azad Hind fauj national language was Urdu.
My point is Sanskritised Hindi was language which was not naturally formed unlike Urdu, Braj , awadhi but it was artificially created to supress Urdu supremacy by some hindu fundamentalists.
Urdu was not exclusive to muslims but for both Hindus and muslims.

Hindi is a sub register of Hindustani language. Hindustani is language which was based on khariboli dialect. Ram charit Manas, Hanuman chalisa are written in awadhi language not Hindi. Kabir wrote in a language Braj + awadhi mixture. These language are not Hindustani language. They have different history.
Urdu and Hindi are two registers of hindustani language which was a hybrid lang formed due to Persianate rule over noth india for 800 yrs
