    Some aspects of AI are a bit overhyped right now. There are many kinds of AI. I see potential value in expert systems trained via machine learning that can predict outcomes based on inputs and a plan. The plan can then be optimized to improve results. I’m also interested in kinematic data tracking to maximize time under tension. The challenge is collecting the right data and relative data weights. I’m a nerd, so this is interesting to think about.

      That is true or seeing the overall strain a select exercise and tempo has on a movement would be cool. We have already started doing that with human activity though. Also the thing is so many people are different that the results may vary and the ai may not help the select individual that’s why I think we need to listen to our bodies and if you are just starting out get a personal trainer
