As always happy that you showed player being the one who took over frisk. Now we just need someone to make an animtation explaing to frisk on why they do it. I've got a kind of storyboard in my head on between a reset or after an pasfist ending we she can see a 'ghost' verison of us and ask us why we take them over to kill everyone. It goes with the player explaing that 'they' never did genocide and that the name 'player' is partly wrong. That only one player can interact with Frisk at a time which is why there called that when there are millions of players each with diffent thouhgts on good and evil and if there actions do have consequences outside of the 'game'. As for why we do it, I belive that we were broght in as a sultion to some problem that you couldn't overcome in the pacifist. When you fight Asrile at full power in your world your determination would be inherently weaken by doubt at the level of this threat. Causing him to reset everything back to when you frist fall meaning it could never end, a timeloop if it were. But were not a part of your world so our determination is unbreakable due to us seeing it as a game and knowing there is a way to win mean he can't reset it if he wants to. This sadly also opens up the genocide option and players love to 100% there 'game' when they can. Let me know if you think this idea would make for a cool short.
