I'm running the carli backcountry 4.5 with fox 2.5 shocks. Rear deaver progressive leaf springs. 37x12.50r18 with no rubbing. Wheels have about 1/2 inch of offset from stock. Truck rides awesome. I hit speed humps at 35mph all day long.
Gorgeous lift that's actually meant to be used offroad. I'm still saving for the 2.5 backcountry and new radius arms. But damn it's going to look good once I get it on there.
I was super excited to see the video of the add a pack install. since there is nothing on UA-cam or the internet addressing this, we didn't even get to see a picture of the add a pack.. do you have any footage of them installed on the truck or being installed? Looking to buy them for my 17 F350 srw
I have this set up on an older F250 (2016) that I bought and installed myself and I’d do it all again. Rides amazing and handles very well. I’m glad I went this direction and not some cheap crap lift that 95% of the other trucks on the road are running. The full leafs out back were worth every penny in my opinion too. One question though my driver tire rubs the radius arm near full lock to the left. Any suggestions on a solid fix? Will your radius arms help this issue? I’m running Method NV 20x9 with Toyo R/T 37x12.50 20. Thanks
yes, since the suspension still needs to be able to cycle fully while turning lock to lock. For a street only driven truck though you can get away with very little trimming.
Carli..Wow..Impressive. I have a 15 F350 LWB Pure Perf. 6" lift w 37's. It has been a great system but have always had some second thoughts and wish I would have spent the extra coin on the Carli. I have a 20 on order and want a Carli system. Where are you guys located, I want you to do the install.
CJC, looking at this kit but will be adding a heavy front bumper and winch. What would you suggest to compensate for the added front weight to keep the truck level?
I'm gonna be getting me a tremor here in the next 4 or 5 months, how much is a kit and where can I get it ? I'm in Az .this looks impressive ! My 6 0 rode like a tank lol . Hope the 6.7 is smoother . Lol. Thanks .

I've been looking into a carli setup for my ram 3500 dually. I only see the 2500/3500 setup online. I'm not sure if that means that the kit listed would fit my vehicle please provide me with an e-mail
Hi. I have 19 Ram 3500. Is there another company out there that makes a lift bigger than the 3.25" carli lift that's comparable to the quality of carli?
This system doesn’t use rear blocks. Instead it uses either a full replacement rear leaf spring pack, or an add a pack that partially replaces the rear leaf springs. As a result you actually get improved handling and better suspension geometry.
The lift is more of a byproduct of travel increase. Any time you increase suspension travel on a solid axle vehicle, you have to increase the distance between the axle and frame. These kits are also offered in a 2.5” height for customers that want to keep the truck closer to factory height.
Off-road. Longer rigs benefit from more suspension to climb over rocks. Dune hopeing is also better with this kind of setup hence the setup of the Raptor.

What’s truck are you riding on
@@xXDCEEZXx 2016 superduty.
How much you paid for it. Did you install your self. I have a 2019 alumiduty
Yes I installed it. Fairly easy besides flexing the rear leafs into place. I think I paid around $2800 for everything.
Are your rims 18x9s or 18x12s??

Looks like they’ve made more improvements! I’ll be headed over with my 17 F350 dually in a month or two
I need to get a superduty so I can get one of your kits. Looks top quality!
A lineman’s pick up!! 🤘🏻🤑🤑
Jason Markiewicz that’s that IBEW money hard at work
Literally one of the only reasons I got a 2012, to put a carli 6 in on it in the future
This truck looks Great!! I plan on using carli products on a Ford F-250

I wish you would not have said that.

The radius arms will definitely help! If it is a minor rub, I'd bet the arms will be the fix.
Hey when you added they 4.5 lift did you need to trip at all to fit the 37s? I know with the 2.5 you do.
yes, since the suspension still needs to be able to cycle fully while turning lock to lock. For a street only driven truck though you can get away with very little trimming.
CJC Off Road Ok great thanks for the response

We’re in Bellflower, Ca!
For 4 and a half thousand I would hope this is the best 4.5 lift you can get.
Need to know how the 4.5 lift affects the drivelines, do the drivelines need to be longer or anything?
CJC, looking at this kit but will be adding a heavy front bumper and winch. What would you suggest to compensate for the added front weight to keep the truck level?
Typically the weight difference isn’t enough too really make a huge impact unless the bumper and winch are over about 250-300 pounds.
Whats the wheel and tire set up!?

What’s the total height of the truck? Would it still fit inside the garage?
What size wheels and tires are those?
How does the truck sit, is it leveled or higher in the front/lower in the back?

I have a 2012 F450 that does the Death Wobble randomly when I hit a bump.
Would this Back Country get rid of the death wobble?

Random question here. Will the otc 8031 ball joint press kit remove and install 2000-2002 25/3500 4x4 ball joints?
What was the wheel tire offset set up?
What’s the wheel a tire setup on this truck with names of both the rims and tire
This truck is on a Method NV wheel and Toyo MT tire

Will the 2021 F-250 XLT FX4 longbed, sit this high, with the 5.5 Carli, or higher?
It will sit at the exact same height!
Hi. I have 19 Ram 3500. Is there another company out there that makes a lift bigger than the 3.25" carli lift that's comparable to the quality of carli?
There is not sadly. The coil spring rear suspension design on the 2500 Ram trucks is the limiting factor.
Do you guys do the install? How long would my f350 Drw be in the shop?
We do. Installs are pretty much all same day turn around for a system like this.
Any reasons for not offering 6in systems?
What offset is required for minimal cutting/rubbing running a 18x9 or 20x9 rim?
To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around a 5” backspace number. 0 offset to +12 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel is ideal.
How long should this kit take to install at an local off-road shop?
Typically about 6 hours!
Will the truck still sit level when towing ?
That really depends on the weight of the trailer.
Do they make a kit like that for the older Power Wagons? (2013 to be exact)
There’s a 3.25” back Country system available for the Power Wagons!
@@CJCOffRoad Thanks! Enjoying your videos.
4.5 is available for the power wagon?
It is not since that height doesn’t work well with the 2014+ Ram 2500 platform and specifically rear suspension design.
Perfection
What’s the difference between this Carli 4.5 fox setup and a 4.5 King setup?
The shock package is the only difference between the two. The difference is performance both on and off road is increased with the Kings.
Kings are the best shocks around.
What size rear block do I need for a 4.5 lift like that?
This system doesn’t use rear blocks. Instead it uses either a full replacement rear leaf spring pack, or an add a pack that partially replaces the rear leaf springs. As a result you actually get improved handling and better suspension geometry.

Are rebuild kits available for the track bar?
Yes, if needed they are available!
Would these lift kits fit a 2019 f150?
Nope!
@@CJCOffRoad the search continues lol
would this soften the 350 ride on road at all?
Yes, this system with the add a packs or rear full leaf pack will absolutely soften the ride of an F-350.
@CJC Off Road, how much is this installed?
Give us a call and we can price you out. Expect approximately 680 for install.
How much is the kit itself for an F-250 or F-350? Will price vary if it’s a Lariat or Tremor?
Dose Cali offer this for a 2000 F250?
Unfortunately these systems are for 05+ Fords only.
What model of method race wheels are those?
Looks like NV305
What is the overall height ?
86” at the roof for 4.5 and 84” for 2.5”
I didn’t catch what size tires customer went with.
37" Toyos
What were the wheel specs for this truck?
Ibew sticker!
Idk why you want to put a lift on these trucks. They’re already sky high.
The lift is more of a byproduct of travel increase. Any time you increase suspension travel on a solid axle vehicle, you have to increase the distance between the axle and frame. These kits are also offered in a 2.5” height for customers that want to keep the truck closer to factory height.
Brian Bourgeois ya basically better suspension
Small weeners

@@hutchesonchris42 Jokes on you, pal. I'm pretty average.😁
Do they make a 4.5 kit for a 6.2l ?
They do not. The shocks are coils are setup for a Diesel truck. Everything fits however!
