Here is my first Vega (Claw) TAS.
In real time, I like to use Vega sometimes because of his Izuna drop spam :P (of course I only do this to friends, and even then I get the "Okay" to act on it lol)

Some Guy Named Jon I agree Balrog/Vega is a good character to use, if you know how to use him. You gotta know every in's and out's of the character and it takes practice. I'm still learning how to use him. I can pull of a couple of moves!

@Emiglacius If you're trying to do the regular Izuna drop and isn't working like you say, you may have to check your controller input on your game/emulator.
If you're talking about using Vega's Super, then its like this:
Hold Down+Left (2 seconds) -> Down+Right -> Down+Left -> Up+Kick
^^^ Once you're in the air, when you're next to your opponent, just press Left/Right+Punch.
@Emiglacius Hold Down for about 2 seconds, then press Up+Kick.
If you do Hold Down (2 seconds) -> Left+Up+Kick you'll bounce off the Left Wall
If you do Hold Down (2 seconds) -> Right+Up+Kick you'll bounce off the Right Wall

Yeah, when I play around with Vega in real time, I sometimes mess with the AI Zangief and do random crossups with jumping MK/HK :P
I'm working on it soon, don't worry, plus the Akuma TAS may have a surprise in the video :o

Man, how did you make vega's super combo? Despite of watching a tutorial of vega's moves i tried it but it didn't work...
How did you not get the not echoing voice in an arcade HSF2 game? Reminds me of SSF2T Matching Service (Japan Only) for the Dreamcast.

@Emiglacius If that's the case, just make sure your inputs are working correctly then. Other than that, I don't see how you can't do an Izuna drop on Super Turbo/HSF2.

The "Break the Barrels/Car" stages? Those are only in the other versions of Street Fighter 2 (World Warrior, Championship Edition, Hyper Fighting/Turbo, The New Challengers). They are not in Hyper Street Fighter 2 or Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo.
I think Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Revival on the Game Boy Advance has those stages, though.

I believe in his portrait he is holding his claw and mask
Well it depends on what side of the screen. As a cpu it would be on his left.
