With Sam making a huge comeback in R6 and making waves, and still riding his high from Breakpoint, remastering the Splinter Cell games would be a great way to introduce the new generation to this legend.... but with it being so close to the PS5 and Series X, I’m severely doubtful
Yeah I grew up playing the 1st one, never played Pandora Tomorrow. CHAOS THEORY forever changed my life (really the 1st one did too lol), Double Agent was great but some reason didn't feel as good as CT, Conviction on the other hand took a few missions for me to grow on it, but it is arguably the best in the series. Its between Conviction and Chaos Theory for sure. Splinter Cell stopped at Blacklist though, the older games were definitely on a different plane, as far as the tactical gameplay.
The truth behind the scene itself + this soundtrack + amazing and iconic Sam Fisher performance by Michael Ironside = one the most emotional and... Well... Rockstarish thing not only in splinter cell series but in whole Ubisoft games. This may be not the best splinter cell in gameplay, but damn that is the best splinter cell in plot and directing. Thanks to call of duty games:D

From how I see it, there are 2 versions of splinter cell, the original games, which ended with Michel Ironside, and the modern version, from Blacklist to whatever comes next with cooler gadgets, more flexibility, a more serious tone, less personal storylines, and Eric Johnson. They are both amazing in their own way, and the key to enjoying the new version is to treat the old and new versions as 2 separate entities. Think of Blacklist as its own game series (or maybe as a reboot) based off Splinter Cell.
I really wish Blacklist had a different protagonist. Conviction had such a good ending for same it just made it hard to get immersed in the story. Gameplay was tight tho

What's preventing him from bringing Sarah into hiding whilst having Sam know about it? This plot twist relies on a character acting in a way that just doesn't make sense.

Can anybody explain how I can get the ak-47 so I can replay the game with it? Do I have to do a certain challenge or what?
Just do a couple COOP missions. You can still find some matches, but sometimes it's a matter of luck.
