- The legendary World War II aircraft Supermarine Spitfire is manufactured by almost every modeling company. So we have a choice of Spitfire in all possible scales and all kinds of production versions. I chose the smallest model on the market - Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXe in 1/144 scale from the company Eduard in the DualCombo edition. To improve, I use Eduard and Brengun etching kits, which contain cockpit parts and landing flaps. Detailset with Rolls-Royce Merlin engine is from Sun Detail. Even with a lot of accessories, there is room left for making details on your own.
Model by Josef Choren.
This may be the craziest thing I've ever seen in model building! The level of detail at this scale! These skills! Wow!
Holy cow!
Most people go 1/144 when they want models to look good with less attention to detail.
But that's the opposite, doing that much details in that scale is nothing short of insane.
But what wonderful insanity I just witnessed. Kudos.
Hi Josef, are you crazy build in that scale? Seriously mate, that was a absolutely outstanding build project, with my old eyes I would hardly be able to see the parts, hope you ars keeping well in this crazy world.
That would be a good Spitfire build in 1/72. But in 1/144!!! That's stunning.
This is real hardcore modeling. Brillant job!
Superb work, it looks really impressive! 👍👍👍
This is watchmaker level of work!!
Top work very impressive ! Regards Gav.
You must have very good eyesight and a very steady hand to achieve such a high level of detail on a model so small. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Thankyou for sharing and stay safe!
I agree with ChancerNW. To do that in 1/72nd scale is pretty crazy. To do it in 144th scale is totally insane. Not just do it but do it as good as you did. Awesome work and your ability to handle all those very tiny parts and also make some of your own is way beyond what I can do and many others. Some really outstanding work.
Stunning ! What Incredible detail ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍 🎩
Not seen this one before, don't know how i missed it, what an absolutely amazing build, the level of detail is stunning, i can't get mine to be as good as that in 48th, truly amazing.
muy bueno tu video, el tutorial esta magnifico , te felicito , me gusto bastante .
WOW! I love 144 scale models but can’t get anywhere close to that type of detail! Incredible job my friend!
Wow absolutely amazing work. Great video thank you for showing us your inspirational work
the best spitfire build on youtube!!!
Teda Pepo ani nevím jak to napsat, nádherná práce.Prostě žasnu co jsi schopen vytvořit. Já hledám na stole křídlo z F-4 ve čtvtce :) tohle bych vdechnul.super práce
All your videos are amazing, but this Spit on 144 with this level of detail is on another level, work by Jedai! Congratulations.
Now that is what I call skill!!! just awesome!!!
Damn me, P.E. and resin on a 1/144 fighter, whatever next. Absolutely incredible model though, if I hadn't just watched you make it, you could have told me the pictures at the end were of a 1/48 model and I would have believed you. Outstanding Sir.
Tiny tiny piece of art :)
I'd go blind making this kit so detailed.....
Semplicemente STUPENDO 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Spot on!
If I had seen the photos only, I would have thought 1/72 scale o larger! Tremendous detailing and work... Excellent 👌 ⭐👍
now do a spitfire in 1/250 scale to do fly bys with royal navy ships.
this is byfar the most detailed model ive ever seen in this scale, it looks like a 1/48 scale from the amount of detailing, good stuff hope to see more!
Amazing ! I'd be hard pressed to duplicate that in 1/32 .
That really is quite remarkable. Fabulous build! 👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻
The pilot would’ve been fined half a crown for leaving the flaps down.........if he wasn’t the ‘Wingco’ 😉
😉
Nádhera!! Moc krásný. Inspiroval jsi mě. :)
Fantastic video! I've recently started to paint scale models at 1/144 as I'm primarily a wargamer and this helped a ton!! Subscribed 😁
Superb modelling. Hard to belive it os 1/144.
Wow, c’est magnifique ! I cannot make that detail at 1/72!!!! I must try 1/44. Sir, you are a Master. I hope everyone is well, Ian
Cool stuff!
There craftsman making a standard Hot Wheels die cast and taking them to the next level like you. They often use Jeweler's saws to cut open the hoods and doors or body panels for access to detailing them out. They use putty to build out fender flares, scoops/vents and plastic sheet to build spoilers/ wings, aero skirting, etc.
We live in good times for modeling!
Thanks!!
Awesome ! It's extremely fine and politely work.
What? No antenna wire? No footprints on the wingroot? Honestly this is amazing detail in a scale that I simply use for tabletop wargames! Thank you, for sharing.
uffff ! O_O how amazing is this model ? !
Very tiny but superb detailing. Well done sir!
Insane! This build would have broken me! I have such problems seeing what I do with them 1/72 scale models. I recently decided to only build 1/48 scale and bigger :)
That was COOL!
I can't believe it's 1/144 scale, it looks so nice.
That is a beautifully built kit, I’ve seen well built 1/48th scale kits that weren’t as detailed as this one.
My Spitfire in 1/72 scale wasn't as half good as Your. Great done! All the best for You! ;)
this is super awesome
Jako vždy úžasná práce...úžasný
Neskutečný,nemám slov 👍
Amazing work
Oh my, that’s tiny. Good job 😉
that was insane !!!! I enjoyed it
Wow! Very well done 👍😎
Amazing!!! way kool
fascinující. Já to nejsem schopen udělat detailněji ani v 1/72. klobouk dolů !!!
hodinářská práce!
Fantastic!
INSANE!
Aftermarket stuff is one thing, but he is also chopping the darn kit into molecules before reassembling it.
I suspect the finished model is a fully functional miniature Spifire. Just add fuel. Awesome.
Absolutely amazing fine detail work. That would win contests for its scale
So badass man
Magnificent work! Did you choose to not add the radio antenna wire because it would be too small to see in this scale?
Thank you all for your feedback. I think it would already look distracting at this scale.
Outstanding.
What level is above Master Model Builder? I thought your usual work was excellent. To work in this detail at that scale is exceptional.
Awesome!!!👍👍👍👍
amazing...

24:09 - I was wondering what you were trying to say here. Close-Caption came up with "a few more abortions with silver cry on". The music, which IMHO is an annoyance and a distraction (no offense intended), is louder than your narration, so I rely on Close Caption. Thanks.
Not sure what I can add... It's fantastically done and completely insane..lol as has been pointed out in every other comment. My only question is how did you attach the microscope to your head??? I'm completely Amazed that this quality at this scale was even possible.. no matter how carefully i handle small parts at 1/48 scale, I end up snapping some tiny detail parts .. couldn't imagine trying this scale at such detail.
Wooooow
Very cool
This would have been an excellent video but for the music 🎵 turn it down !
Výborná práce, jen dotázek, jak dlouho jsi Spita v takovém měřítku stavěl dlouho?
Díky za pochvalu. Stavba trvala asi 2 týdny.
wow
Imma build this!!
This is insane. I love modeling building, I love Eduards quality and kits, but what is going on these days, I can't afford these mansize kits in 1/24, 1/16, 1/32. I have already had laser eye surgery. What next, a grain of rice carving? Extremely nice build and easy to display, but I'd like to SEE my model, and I bet this cost at least 59 bucks anyway.. if this doesn't drive you crazy the damn music will.
A steady hand good eyesight and talent put to good use very nice build .
krása....a v téhle velikosti (teda mrňvosti)
What type of tweezers are those?
Thanks for the feedback. Ordinary tweezers for a few crowns (cca 50Kč = 2USD...). Bought at modeling competitions.
What.... No rivet details.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Just kidding.... Fantastic work
No. Way. That's half the length of my index finger.
Josef, I can't make out what you are saying. Music WAY too loud.
Thanks for feedback. I'm working on it...
Where did you get the extras from?
Photoetched parts - Eduard and Brengun
Engine detail set (Rols Royce, Merlin)- Sun detail
And his own scratch build parts
@@jakubbedrich7950 thanks for that and awesome work on such a small a scale.
Umis to
BLOODY HELL 😂
this gives me anxiety
I must confess I do not understand the "how to" videos with music and narration at the same time. My wife is a teacher and she would never have music playing while she was teaching, especially music that was louder than her voice.
Thank you all for your feedback. I'm sorry, but I'm still struggling with the music and sound in general...
Thank you. I don't mean to be harsh. I apologize. In hindsight, it's probably easier said than done. @@DetailsScaleModels
Thank you all for your feedback.
why did you shit down your model.
Incredible beautiful made. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
