I enjoyed learning about a new brand and seeing your review. That pink color does seem a bit extreme to be natural, and it did make it more surprising to hear there wasn’t much wine influence on the taste. The strong barrel influence on the repo makes me wonder is it closer to what you’d expect from an anejo?

The nose on blanco is absolutely terrible with a smell of vodka. On the palette it’s surprising but feels altered with a sweetness.

Maybe it was a funky bottle. I had it last night and couldn’t believe how bad the odor was which is why I looked it up to see if there were differeing opinions. Maybe I’ll try it again. Thanks!
