That is me just demo the clock by pulling back on the hammer which will make it chime. There is a button on the clock at 2:00 that will make it chime a certain amount of times
@@ogClockTV maybe take out the mechanism and check what needs to be fixed, or just remove the escapement piece and find out what is wrong with it, there has to be a solution to the problem!!!!!! so will you try what i just said?

I didn’t get rid of it. It is sitting on the floor by the entrance due to the fact there is no more room in the shop for clocks
