Jonahair, how do you seem to always get the unblemished windows? Mine always look like Tim the Toolman Taylor tried buffing the scratches out with some 80 grit sandpaper.
I could never figure out why the Super 90 (MD-90) or the Mad Dog (MD-88) or the MD-95/B717-200 could fly so steep and not stall, especially at full power which on this video I heard them throttle up after takeoff. I feel like the McDonnell Douglas jets are just Overpowered. Or atleast the DC-9 family is.
The MD90 sounds incredible!
Excellent footage. Spectacular engine sounds
Holy SHIT that’s steep! I need to fly on one of these old birds again before they retire.
I hope you succeeded where I failed. :(
@@DJSI3434there's still plenty of MDs still flying down here in Venezuela, we don't have 90s but we do have 81, 82, 83 and 88s!
Good job pilots and ATCers! Thats how the industry work together and avoid wake turbulence
I miss these beautiful aircrafts
Always love the maddog stuff! Sorry for the inactivity lately, I've been really busy with school. Hope I can continue to watch more videos soon!
Love the mad dog 90
Flew on this aircraft on Delta from Atlanta to El Paso. Nice aircraft.
Awesome vid I wish I would’ve flown in the MD’s more often in the past :(
That takeoff scared me a little bit there.

Hahahah!! Trust me, I’ve had plenty of those but I seem to luck out when it comes to clean windows

These Dc-9/Md-80 series jets were quite overpowered because they were using engines that were designed more for the much heavier 727 and early 737
Combat climb to intercept memories?? :)
Damn, must be lightweight
Sounds like a cfm56 engine
HoustonGamerTV / HGTV V2500’s on the MD-90’s 👍
