Her name should also be spelled Chunli or Chun-li because its her first namen too. Feilong has a very similar first name like real life Hung Gar Kung Fu legend Wong, Feihung[Fei-hung]. So Feilong and Feihung.

Those are World Tour characters. You can see their ISM gauge has level up system.
Those characters were chosen as part of this TAS.
