If you aren't already using a password manager, why? Last Pass is the best one I've found and I've been using it over 8+ years. It works 100x better than any other method. Give it a try, I promise it will save you tons of time (and memory).
One password to rule them all....
P.S. I have zero affiliation with lastpass.

does it auto login to an email with mfa
You set "auto-logoff" to 2 weeks. If someone steals your laptop or phone, do they then have 2 weeks of access to all of your passwords? Is there a way to quickly lock the LastPass vault when needed?
hey john, i'm not sure the answer to that one, i believe you can lock it remotely through the webapp or the app itself. lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=886
So between this and the built in Google Autofill which do you think its better?
This is better because it is cross platform and works on Apple's Safari mobile browser
yeh, i was just gonna say that thank you. good question
use both for ages already. save trivial stuff in chrome, but good ones in LP. and only remember those to do with financials...
How does it work when you want to log into an app on your phone?
good question. well unfort i don't have experience with that, they offer a paid service that suppose allows you to do that, but believe it only works with android.
Auto fill on Android works on any app, not just web browsers. And it's included with the free version. You just have to pull down on your notification bar and select LastPass.
Didn't LastPass get hacked a few years back?
they did but there werent any losses i don't believe, i don't understand security very well but from what i remember it wasn't anything the theives were able to do anything with
Yeah it basically boiled down to not a big deal from the average user's perspective, just remember to have it change your passwords every now and then and you'll be fine.
great app to have everything all stolen in once, highly recommended.
ha, there is always a risk of getting things stolen tis true. i highly prefer the convenience though for the little bit of security supposedly given up
with that in mind, i use LP with anything not money related.(forums, schools, games).
