Great review! It’s a good car, but so difficult to justify at it’s price point when Corolla Cross offers hybrid options and Ford Territory has more tech for the same segment. Honda really needs to up their game.
Hello, sir. At the 1-minute mark, you mentioned there might be performance improvements in the RS variant compared to the HRV 1.5 V turbo. I reviewed Honda's website, but I couldn't find any information regarding this. Can you provide some clarification? I had initially believed that the RS model primarily featured cosmetic enhancements. Your insights would greatly assist me in making a decision.
Thats a huge price bump since its release a few months ago. This will be a hard sell at 1.7 M plus. There are alot of better and more affordable option.
i see your editing skills improving. love it! Also been waiting for this review for a while now. Would you say the Civic RS has a more premium interior feel over this HRV RS?
Thank you. Ive yet to review the civic rs but from what ive seen in photos, the interior of the civic rs looks better, especially the infotainment screen
Hi, i bought one few weeks ago, 2024 HRV, i am getting 10 km per litter fuel economy. I tried with Econ on for few days still the fuel economy is low.I called honda they said the engine needs to settle down. My 2.7 fortuner was giving 7.5 km per litter. This little 1.5 engine giving me 10 km per litter. Not sure why. Any idea?
I also got 10kpl in the city, which is not bad. It's more efficient on the highway (20kpl+). It's significantly more fuel efficient than your fortuner (The higher the number, the better.) Usually the fuel economy also gets just a bit better after the break-in period.
Nice review. I appreciate the demo on the adaptive cruise control. With regards to its interior, I think you forgot to mention that it has more speakers than the HRV V variant. Do correct me if I'm wrong.
Maybe hes referring to this: From Honda website, if you compare models, under steering, the RS variant has variable gear ratio, while the V and S models have constant gear ratio steering gear box.
They're very different vehicles. It depends on what you're looking for. Go for the HR-V if you want performance, handling and refinement. Go for the Pro 4x if you want something more rugged that you can drive on different types of terrain
@@jaywalkur sir same price bracket, both i like, pero to think na sobrang lubak mga road dito, i think ill go with the navara! Thanks for this review sir!
@@vrja gusto ko rin kasi nitong HRV, eastside kasi ako kaya gusto ko rin ng pickup truck, try ko muna i test drive yung HRV, ok naman sa lubak like edsa offroad😁, thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Looks like it is a bad time to purchase a Honda. Might be better to wait for around 2 to 3 years and see what improvements they could give to bring back the YES in the worth. Previous Honda vehicle user here for 9 years btw.
All comes at a price for this HR-V. You can get all of that and more with Chery Tiggo 8 pro with less than 1.7m or the Chery tiggo 7 pro hybrid for even less money. And No Chery doesn't pay me for saying this. I own a Chery tiggo 8 pro myself and thinking of getting a 2nd tiggo 7 pro hybrid for my wife. Some people may be worried about parts and reliability and i agree, I only hear good stuff about Chery's aftersales and common parts are well stock and with 10 years warranty for engine and transmission 5 years general warranty 3 years free maintenance 3 years free roadside assistance 10-5-3-3, you can't go wrong. tiggo 8 pro warranty is 7 years warranty 3 years free service 3 years free roadside assistance 7-3-3. In my humble opinion, Chinese cars are a blessing to automotive world, without them, we will still be getting high priced Japanese, European American cars with empty spec list and there is no incentive for them to include more safety features at these price point.
This was a Solid Review from Start to Finish!
Thank you! I appreciate that
Great review sir! Especially the adaptive cruise control on EDSA. Very relevant!
Thank you!

I’m kind of curious, in which countries this car is available?
Thanks for the very honest review.
Thank you for watching!

Great review as always but what would you say is the best value for this segment?
Another great review. What if coolray v hrv drag race? 😊
does other variant of this HR-V have a 7 seater?
Improved ba ang cabin noise?

It should be better. Honda civic's srp is higher, so
How responsive is the driver assist if there’s sudden overtake or swerve of cars? I am so amazed when you showed your foot not moving at all.😊
Adaptive cruise control reacts a lot more quickly than a distracted driver. But yeah, when a car swerves too closely, it's wise to intervene.
love your videos but not a fan of those side swiping transitions between the same camera angle.
Excited to get our unit soon, still wired android and apple carplay right?
Yes wired apple caplay and android auto
meron po ba siyang wireless charger?

YA ALLAH MULIAKAN DAN BAHAGIAKAN SEMUA ORG YG PUNYA MOBIL HONDA HRV
Where did you get that number for quicker steering ratio than the V version? official Honda?
Maybe hes referring to this: From Honda website, if you compare models, under steering, the RS variant has variable gear ratio, while the V and S models have constant gear ratio steering gear box.
How come the performance is different against the V variant when the engine is the same?
Quicker steering ratio, stiffer chassis and supposedly better transmission performance
Great review
boss, pa review ng Isuzu MU-x variants, thanks!
I'll try
Good review
