How do I set up audio? I can’t hear anything on my phone from the camera…
Our products don't have a microphone, according to Amazon rules. It's prohibited for devices that don't look like a camera.

No one can sell it with sound recording.
We tried to turn it off by default and make it turned on by customers. However, Amazon found out and removed all products with this sound recording feature.
If I only plug it h how can the smartlife be in my Wi-Fi settings no pley
I haven't been able to connect my camera back on for about a couple months now.

@@AlphaTechSpy yes it was connected but when I moved my furniture it went offline never connected I been call optimum for weeks now and today finally the helped connect it . I'm just a little iffy about moving it to another location, I'm not sure if I'll have to call optimum again just to connect to the 2.4 GHz if it happens again.

set it up and connected to work perfectly.. then I moved the camera to a different outlet and now it says device is offline. Do I need to delete the camera and re-set it up?
If you moved the camera to a place with the same wifi network, it seems like it is out of wifi coverage. If it is the different WiFi network, reset the camera, remove from the app and setup again.
@@AlphaTechSpy Thanks! Appreciate the response, I will try this method out. To confirm, if its a different wi-fi network, I should first remove the device, delete the app, and reset it up like I did the first time?
@@NK51790 Yes, that's correct. No need to remove the app, just remove the camera from the app.
Everything connected however the option for smart_ isn’t coming up on my wifi

Trying to reset, why is the red light on? Can't find answer.
The lights are on the back. It's the small hole near the microSD card slot.
What is the "L-M" switch for?
This is the basic design of the camera, the switch does nothing
Actually the L is for "loop" mode and M is for "motion detection" mode
It does not emit wifi, and the red light (SD) does not turn on either when I reset it with a usb cable.
It also heats up, is it normal?

It is not dual, only 2.4

About to return this again. My router doesn’t have 2 whatever wifi or it doesn’t load on the one

You can access the camera from any country through the app and the internet. Just set it up and bind it to your account.

I have two of them one that take 2.4 ghz which i always have to call my Internet provider to connect and the one you have to put sd card to record and see later ,you can't see the video until you put sd card in a pc or phone @AlphaTechSpy
