- Does automation help? Will it increase farm yield and profits? Will it reduce cost? This video explains what farm automation is. How can it be implemented, and who can use it. If you have a poly house farm, see this video to understand how technology can help you.
We need to take care of multiple environment factors like temperature, humidity, CO2, air circulation, etc for growing plants successfully inside a poly house. Moreover it can be increasingly challenging to manually operate equipments like pumps, fans, foggers etc.
Understand how automation can help you solve the above challenges.

Informative video sir but i want to ask u one thing I have developed a automated nutrients control system using IOT and its just a prototype. Its a part of my diploma project. I want to ask that will it be usefull on large scale.
It should be. The logic remains same. What you will need to do is make your product robust and improve/upsize the components to work for scale.
Can you give details on which firm/brands automation system you installed ?

Hi, I would like to know more about this system.
You can reach out to us through WhatsApp on +91 93806 42472 and share your queries. Our team will be able to assist you.
Genrally how many time a day you need to adjust pH of nutrients if motar is running 12/15 hrs continuously?
And is it okay if i keep running my motar constantly for 12 hrs? I dont have timer based switch.
Ph adjustment is once a day should be ok. Try to do it at same time everyday.
Go for a timer based switch. You will save a lot on electricity, enough to recover the timer cost in less than a year.
Also it is not good to keep running motor continuously. It will reduce the life of pump. Run it for 10 minutes maximum in one go.
@@citygreens2235 You mean 10 min interval right? 10 mins on 10 mins off
Is the same device available for smaller rooftop farms?
Not yet. We are developing those. Starting January these will be available.
Do you sell this complete automated system and what is the cost of it
This video just shows a part of the automation solution.
We have multiple different automation products suited for different kind of urban farms. You can visit our website www.citygreens.in to know more.
Yes we do sell the automation products. Typically the range for an acre farm varies between 3 L to 10 L depending on how much and what all the farmer would want to automate.
Hardik sir ???
Not understood.
