It is sickening to think that cops are considered to be professional witnesses in court and therefore their testimonies are considered golden, while the "Triade" Cop-Prosecutor-Judge considers the average citizen to be unreliable as witnesses. As they also tout that cops are trained liars, and are encouraged to lie and hone their skills at lying, for the life of their employment as law enforcement employees. And somehow nobody seems to place thought on this fact.

They basically set him up. Why didn't they just get in there car and drive somewhere else? The gas station had no issue with him so why truspass him. Well because they wamted to. A lot of time cops will go into a store to truspass someone just so they can put you in jail. The store just says yes because, if they say no to the cops, it is implied the police may not show up very fast for emergency calls. You think corruption is bad now.

@@aelwynwitch9460 I'm an ex collegiate wrestler, and I practiced MMA after graduate school. I've also been in a lot of fights, and I've been punched in the face several times. What you said is the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time. Are you some college pre-med student, who has never been in a fight, but read this in a textbook? If you're getting punched in the face, you're typically trying to cover up, or you just go limp. The suspect was massively drunk and acting stupid. The officer who DID NOT get fired, did the correct thing. And yes, everyone's face swells up after getting punched. That doesn't mean it wasn't necessary. And the face swelling takes time. Unless you get knocked out or wobbled, you typically don't feel like you're getting hit that hard, because it's not affecting your brain. I was in a fight where I got punched in the face like 8-10 times by a 20 year old guy when I was 15. I covered up as best I could, and I didn't feel any pain when the punches were hitting me. I was walking out to the track for track practice when it happened. The next day I was swollen, but I made it through track practice without a problem.

      The felonious conspiring.
      18 U.S.C. § 241
      CIVIL RIGHTS CONSPIRACY
Unlike most conspiracy statutes, §241 does not require, as an element, the commission of an overt act.
The offense is always a felony, even if the underlying conduct would not, on its own, establish a felony violation of another criminal civil rights statute.
A person convicted of a felony loses the rights to vote, to run for state office, and to serve on a jury. These rights are restored automatically upon completion of sentence.
A person convicted of a felony loses the right to possess a “concealable weapon” (such as a handgun) for 10 years following completion of sentence, which includes any period of parole or probation. A person convicted of a crime against a person-such as homicide, assault, kidnapping, or robbery-loses this right permanently.

So the lead officer solicited a trespass by his own admission, they had no initial complaints from the business before that against the man. He states I went into the gas station to see if they would trespass him. By law the buissness had to tell that man to leave not the officer. The Sergeant had him by the neck to throw him on the ground, not a body lock, he's lucky he didn't break the guys neck doing that. The guy never lifted his arms when the officer went hands on, I don't know many verbally combative people challenging you to a fight who don't fight back when you go hands on. The release from the department states the paperwork ( arrest report) had a few discrepancies or omissions on it, like the fact the man was tossed to the ground or punched. Awful lot of issues with this Sergeants story... also where's the open can of Twisted Tea? You didn't see facial injuries, yet the guys mug shot has his face severely swollen. The officer went back and recorded the video off of the gas station cameras, but didn't ask the gas station for a copy or secure that video as evidence. Why was that?

Other networks have done considerable reports on the companies these police departments employ to "train" their officers, these people are openly fascist, they openly promote genocidal ideas to the officers they train, they openly devalue and degrade black and other minority officers and they actively encourage the mindset that cops should protect each other from accountability or oversight.

Yes, and then he grabbed the officers boot and put it into his face because he felt bad for not licking the officers boots sooner, I mean what was this man thinking!!!!

Yeah. That dude's face didn't get that way by what is seen in the video.
Like....At all. "I didn't know if I was going to get punched so I punched him first."
I wonder if I can use that justification and get away with it?

One hour unaccounted for sounds suspicious to me. Once an individual is arrested, they should be taken to jail; unless, medical care is required.

3:40 So the cop went and Solicited a trespass warning from a manager. iirc, Trespass is supposed to be handled first with a verbal request from a manager or owner of a private business, and it can be for any reason or no reason, but warning must be given. Then unless previously posted, are cops able to issue written trespass warning, which require some information, which may be used as RAS to officiate an arrest if denied access to. Only then can an arrest be made if trespass is violated a third time, and this soliciting a trespass bs is unconstitutional, even if it does tend to work in district court.
5:45 Then two cop stand around and watch officer friendly sucker-punch and beat into a pulp, an innebriated man twice their age. An old drunk guy was running his mouth, in a way that didn't rise to the level of disorderly conduct (a charge they would have taken him for), so they solicit a trespass, and then beat him so bad Officer Friendly took 10-20 years off his life.
The old man looks tough, but golly geez, it might be time to go in the basement with the trusty Trumper, the 45, and a bottle of Jack smith.

These out of control power trip cops are just begging for it. You never hear the true motive behind a cop shot given a ticket by a passer by. It's sad all the way around. These nasty provoking cops ruin the trust we have for good law enforcement. Piss tests and better screening.

Soliciting a complaint is illegal abuse of authority.
