Two former law enforcement officers from the Lee County Sheriff's Office break their silence. Hear what they say happened during an arrest that led to them getting fired.
It is sickening to think that cops are considered to be professional witnesses in court and therefore their testimonies are considered golden, while the "Triade" Cop-Prosecutor-Judge considers the average citizen to be unreliable as witnesses. As they also tout that cops are trained liars, and are encouraged to lie and hone their skills at lying, for the life of their employment as law enforcement employees. And somehow nobody seems to place thought on this fact.

It is impossible to believe what these officers say. The pictures of that man's face do not lie. If he looked like this before contact, there should be a video of that, too. They should be held responsible 100%. Officers that perpetrate excessive force should ALWAYS be held responsible. They're supposed to be trained professionals. They are paid to be that. It is so disgusting how one or more officers always stand in the view of surveillance cameras when a "suspect" is being struck in any way or for any purpose.

Its so weird when the "heros" play the victims, work so hard to place blame on the victim, but neglect collecting evidence in a timely manner. This department has long been problematic. 3 officers and 2 stood by as their blue line brother fought alone? Sounds like there is much more they're hiding.
Any department that refuses bodycams and removes existing dash cams is problematic. One look at Carmine and his number 2 man Holloway will tell you they abuse steroids. Holloway one time threatened me he would "see me around", I was not afraid. This is the undersheriff, who went to law school and acts like that.

No. The real problem is the corrupt courts that reinforce their beliefs by not criminally prosecuting them...Two sets of laws; One for us (where they manfacture as many charges as possible), and one for them (where only the most obvious/violent offenses are plead down to as little punishment available)...

They did not get involved because they recognized abuse of force right away and did not want to jeopardize their career in taking part of it. As far as stopping the abuse, that is the greatest sovereign cop sin that you can commit
I know nothing about this case. I almost believed the story the former officer was telling until the mugshot came up. There is no way those officers didn't assault him.
“When the police willfully break the law on video and then deny the event in writing, you know that you are dealing with a blatantly corrupt group of people.” ― Steven Magee
My take from the short clip is, The 1st Cop knocked him senseless the first punch them slammed him on the ground, Other Cops know where the camera is and attempt to block the view allowing the first cop (slam boy) continue to admonish and administer his will over a drunk knocked out guy. Pathetic A.F.
Its never okay to punch a suspect in the face. It does nothing to effect an arrest. The three of them could have detained the suspect by force without causing any injury.
All 3 officers should be charged with assault and conspiracy. Any investigator that defends these officers should be included in the conspiracy charge and a jury should decide.

I have a real problem with how it seems so often there are so many cops on a call, even those that are not violence calls. Good way to end up with big problems.
So the cops got in the face of someone watching police in the course of their duties and then they solicited a trespass from the store and then they beat the crap out of the guy.
Cops aren't allowed to "check to see if they want a trespass". Either there is a request for trespass or there isn't, they aren't allowed to prompt for one.
Unfortunately cops get real good at knowing what to say and how to talk to cover if they do wrong, along with being able to testify in court to make them seem like they are totally believable even if they are lying or exaggerating. Kind of a dangerous situation we have gotten ourselves in.
Its because the punk fuck was challenging them to a fight, so the cop gave him one. No need to jump in in a one on one fight. The cops did the right thing. But you cowards will never admit that.
These two psychopaths should not only be fired, they should be sitting in a prison cell, unbelievable that they have the balls to do an interview claiming innocence.
The fact these animals were fired really does say a lot about their credibility here. Everybody knows it's almost impossible to have abusive cops held accountable for their actions. If this was bad enough to cost them their jobs, it's probably bad enough to send them to state prison. The very idea that they "just wanted to get rid of this guy" is absolutely preposterous from all we know about amped up cops going hands on with obviously drunk suspects.
The cop who assaulted that man is clearly oblivious to the unnecessary harm that he inflicted on the victim! Law enforcement is the biggest threat to the American public!
Sounds like 2 cops that got on the phone with each other to make sure their stories are the same. I hear a bunch of BS. He sucker punched the guy. And strikes in your torso would of been towards the cops waist area. His punches were going towards the direction of the guys face, where he about had him in the headlock. This cop should be in jail and the other 2 should also for not helping the actual victim.
Oh, poor officer. He had suffered so much. He almost had me in tears. If I did not know that the department's police for revenue. I would have believed him.😢
So the lead officer solicited a trespass by his own admission, they had no initial complaints from the business before that against the man. He states I went into the gas station to see if they would trespass him. By law the buissness had to tell that man to leave not the officer. The Sergeant had him by the neck to throw him on the ground, not a body lock, he's lucky he didn't break the guys neck doing that. The guy never lifted his arms when the officer went hands on, I don't know many verbally combative people challenging you to a fight who don't fight back when you go hands on. The release from the department states the paperwork ( arrest report) had a few discrepancies or omissions on it, like the fact the man was tossed to the ground or punched. Awful lot of issues with this Sergeants story... also where's the open can of Twisted Tea? You didn't see facial injuries, yet the guys mug shot has his face severely swollen. The officer went back and recorded the video off of the gas station cameras, but didn't ask the gas station for a copy or secure that video as evidence. Why was that?
Im a 35 year retired officer and I'm troubled by the lack of Defensive/Offensive tactics we all used in my career . When instructed and trained in these control holds there is no need to beat people up like this. The only time it's ok to "beat up" a defendant is when ur life is in danger. This was simply NOT one of those times from what im seeing.
Just FYI, Government corruption is real. All Public officials, BAR Attorneys and Law Enforcement belong to a secret club called the Fraternal Order of Freemasonry. It's because a lot of police these days are "trained" by private contractors, the only "qualifications" many of them have is that they murdered innocent people in Afghanistan. It's not even a secret anymore. Other networks have done considerable reports on the companies these police departments employ to "train" their officers, these people are openly fascist, they openly promote genocidal ideas to the officers they train, they openly devalue and degrade black and other minority officers and they actively encourage the mindset that cops should protect each other from accountability or oversight.
but he "didn't know if he was going to swing when he turned around". Not being a mind reader isn't a justification to assault someone? Also, if he didn't know, doesn't that mean that he had no reason to believe he would?
2:20 isnt it against the law for a law enforcement officer to ask if for a trespass? 6 weeks for training isnt enough for a cook its shameful for law enforcement
They're probably working for another PD now, and the other cops just watched as he repeatedly punched the guy instead of stepping in and restraining the victim.
I have worked with behavior teenagers. Some bigger than me. we have taught restraints when they get out of control. We have never beat or struck an individual for behavior. SO, I don't get how you can beat a human being that badly
Yeah, nobody should walk out of police custody with this kind of damage. This is unacceptable, and there's absolutely no excuse or reason for leaving people with bruises.
So the other cops are watching the suspect get punched and don’t intervene because they know the suspect is not a threat. If he was a threat the officers would have assisted.
This is a load of crap. Look at the video the man was on the easement, hands down and walking away when this "sergeant" attacked him. I would love to see the body camera of any of these good guys giving this drunk guy multiple opportunities to leave after insulting their fragile egos. I would surmise that five in 100 officers would allow a drunk citizen to walk away after sustained verbal insults especially witnessed by fellow thin skinned heroes. The other officers didn't intervene because the sergeant was doing a spectacular job at tuning up the drunk guy and they were enjoying the show. Plus they probably all know that this sergeant is a thug.
I can tell you what happened: the arrestee repeatedly struck his face on the officer's closed fist until he went unconscious and then struck the officer one more time, in the officer's fist, because he felt guilty of... not listening.
Yes, and then he grabbed the officers boot and put it into his face because he felt bad for not licking the officers boots sooner, I mean what was this man thinking!!!!
Yeah. That dude's face didn't get that way by what is seen in the video. Like....At all. "I didn't know if I was going to get punched so I punched him first." I wonder if I can use that justification and get away with it?
3:40 So the cop went and Solicited a trespass warning from a manager. iirc, Trespass is supposed to be handled first with a verbal request from a manager or owner of a private business, and it can be for any reason or no reason, but warning must be given. Then unless previously posted, are cops able to issue written trespass warning, which require some information, which may be used as RAS to officiate an arrest if denied access to. Only then can an arrest be made if trespass is violated a third time, and this soliciting a trespass bs is unconstitutional, even if it does tend to work in district court. 5:45 Then two cop stand around and watch officer friendly sucker-punch and beat into a pulp, an innebriated man twice their age. An old drunk guy was running his mouth, in a way that didn't rise to the level of disorderly conduct (a charge they would have taken him for), so they solicit a trespass, and then beat him so bad Officer Friendly took 10-20 years off his life. The old man looks tough, but golly geez, it might be time to go in the basement with the trusty Trumper, the 45, and a bottle of Jack smith.
Samek got a beat down for being drunk, the police abused samek, now they're covering their ass's. Look at that man's face, he didn't punch his own face like that. Police over kill

They should be held responsible 100%. Officers that perpetrate excessive force should ALWAYS be held responsible. They're supposed to be trained professionals. They are paid to be that. It is so disgusting how one or more officers always stand in the view of surveillance cameras when a "suspect" is being struck in any way or for any purpose.
hold on police do not understand responsible & accountability thats sound like chinese to pigs cultures
Some cops need to go to jail !
3:05 "It wasn't a clean takedown cuz he's resisting me." I can only take that to mean that he regularly takes down people who are NOT resisting and it goes so much better.
Good catch!
If it had been you being confronted by the drunk scum bag , you would have taken him home and pleasured him I guess.
Fn liberals .
Exactly
Those total cowards need serious jail time 😡🤬
Absolutely agree.
YUP....
And they couldn't just tase him because.... ?
Its so weird when the "heros" play the victims, work so hard to place blame on the victim, but neglect collecting evidence in a timely manner. This department has long been problematic. 3 officers and 2 stood by as their blue line brother fought alone? Sounds like there is much more they're hiding.
Any department that refuses bodycams and removes existing dash cams is problematic. One look at Carmine and his number 2 man Holloway will tell you they abuse steroids. Holloway one time threatened me he would "see me around", I was not afraid. This is the undersheriff, who went to law school and acts like that.
fought? that was a mauling. dude was on the ground receiving strikes to the face while 2 pigs stood around and watched instead of safely restraining him.
Guaranteed!!!!!
Correction ..."Goes into the store to solicit a criminal trespass..."
A "clean take down" would be used if someone was NOT resisting...?
Abolish Qualified Immunity.
Solicitation of trespass is illegal. These county porkers are sick
Don't worry about the officers. The union will back them up and they will be employed somewhere better with clean records.
thats a damn shame
And they'll get promoted.
Unfortunately you're right. A corrupt union plus the infamous "blue wall of silence" makes officers like these virtually impenetrable.
They would have to lose their certification in order to not be employed in law enforcement again. The union can't help with that.
Yeah, progressive democrats burned the USA down because Chauvin was a Union boy, with job protection, a big democrat sell point, in a Blue State - go figure. So why no cams on this again?
Deputy number 2 says he can’t explain or testify if dude beat himself up in the car. These two deputies need to be fired and brought up on charges.
Did you not watch the video? They were all fired…
@@JM-nl9ow If only their mothers had swallowed .
Uhh The video clearly states that they were fired but yes they should be charged with battery.
They always lie, cops want you to believe their lying mouths instead of the video.
The cop thats talking (ex cop ..lol ) just sucker punched the guy under the chin plain and simple .
Officer safety?
You call tell both cops are dorks and abuse their power.
This is why you always record the police even if you are a bystander. Always always record the police!!!
Why would ANY American trust a Police Dept that will not talk to us, honestly and openly. Refuses to return calls.
Police brutality doesn’t discriminate….
Lmfao this is the funniest shit I've heard all day, nice joke
Low IQ response
This is so far from police brutality. It happens all the time, but this aint one of them
@@GeorgeParros161how is this not over use of force? I would love to know?
@@mntvl4419plz tell me what the joke is?
That's not the first time these cops have done ✅ this
Seeing the way he balled up his fist while recanting the assault tells alot.
"I was ordering him" while punching the air in the interview hahaha!
The problem is there are way too many cops that think that badge gives them the right to do anything they want when they are supposed to be the example of the law these guys are lying their asses off
No. The real problem is the corrupt courts that reinforce their beliefs by not criminally prosecuting them...Two sets of laws; One for us (where they manfacture as many charges as possible), and one for them (where only the most obvious/violent offenses are plead down to as little punishment available)...
The other 2 cops said they saw nothing…..nothing. 😮
Yea… they went blind.. horrible…lying through their teeth
Good Lord what the hell is going on with all these police???
Yeah… this is not new. Cops have always been like this!
Steroids abuse. It's not the only problem, but their been cases. Where officers go in a roid rages and make think worse.
If you really wanna know, if YOU can take it. Watch some of this guy David Grossman, the Pope of the Pig Church of Killology (That's what he calls it: Killology). Then you're seeing the reason why.
It's called Qualified Immunity!!!!
They’ll be working for another department somewhere else with no judgment and promotion.
That's exactly what I was thinking I'm sure they'll get hired somewhere else.
We all wear Body Cams...
Reason being, humanity as a species has little respect for itself.
They did not get involved because they recognized abuse of force right away and did not want to jeopardize their career in taking part of it. As far as stopping the abuse, that is the greatest sovereign cop sin that you can commit
I think the 2 were enjoying watching the ass whipping and didn't want to cuff up the victim and end the show.
These guys have absolutely no conscience. Sad.
I know nothing about this case. I almost believed the story the former officer was telling until the mugshot came up. There is no way those officers didn't assault him.
“When the police willfully break the law on video and then deny the event in writing, you know that you are dealing with a blatantly corrupt group of people.”
― Steven Magee
Just FYI, Government corruption is real. All Public officials, BAR Attorneys and Law Enforcement belong to a secret club called the Fraternal Order of Freemasonry. I have a real problem with how it seems so often there are so many cops on a call, even those that are not violence calls. Good way to end up with big problems.
This is all okay in his mind and THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH POLICE TRAINING!
To start with the cop solicited a trespass, he was clearly looking to jam this guy up just because! Hopefully the tyrants don't get rehired!
So the cops got in the face of someone watching police in the course of their duties and then they solicited a trespass from the store and then they beat the crap out of the guy.
....o my God they beat the brakes off that man and are lying that's sinister 🤢
Cops aren't allowed to "check to see if they want a trespass". Either there is a request for trespass or there isn't, they aren't allowed to prompt for one.
Without the video…the internal investigation would have found no wrong doing.
These police officers are worthy of an Oscar nomination great acting in this police department
Unfortunately cops get real good at knowing what to say and how to talk to cover if they do wrong, along with being able to testify in court to make them seem like they are totally believable even if they are lying or exaggerating. Kind of a dangerous situation we have gotten ourselves in.
Physical control of a person doesn't require strikes.
Sometimes it does.
STREET JUSTICE!
Even As he is explaining it he's quite amped up. You beat that man that wasn't arresting someone lawfully.
This is the first time I've ever seen cops NOT dogpile a resisting suspect. They're just standing there like a couple of union workers.
That's what they are.
He wasn't black
@@howlinwulf yeah your right! I was thinking of lazy teamsters lol
Its because the punk fuck was challenging them to a fight, so the cop gave him one. No need to jump in in a one on one fight. The cops did the right thing. But you cowards will never admit that.
No kidding.... usually they run in and look like Robert De niro in the bar scene of 'Goodfellas' 👞🤕
Libersls love to have drunks , drug addicts and low life scum bags screaming obscenities in the store parking lots.
lpl
The cop who assaulted that man is clearly oblivious to the unnecessary harm that he inflicted on the victim!
Law enforcement is the biggest threat to the American public!
Second to risk of harm while driving.
Absolutely agree with your comment.
Total police brutality . Beating up a drunk guy . Cop thinks he's a real man . What a p sy
Do the citizens of this country actually expect law enforcement to tell the truth? To Protect and Serve?
What happened to the body camera footage or were they on??
Im a 35 year retired officer and I'm troubled by the lack of Defensive/Offensive tactics we all used in my career . When instructed and trained in these control holds there is no need to beat people up like this. The only time it's ok to "beat up" a defendant is when ur life is in danger. This was simply NOT one of those times from what im seeing.
Just FYI, Government corruption is real. All Public officials, BAR Attorneys and Law Enforcement belong to a secret club called the Fraternal Order of Freemasonry. Those were the old days before cops got trained by israel to lie and beat people up ufc style.
Thank you for your service.
but he "didn't know if he was going to swing when he turned around". Not being a mind reader isn't a justification to assault someone? Also, if he didn't know, doesn't that mean that he had no reason to believe he would?
Thank you to all Auditors who've exposed police corruption, not alone Entire Government corruption and main stream media coverup.
2:20 isnt it against the law for a law enforcement officer to ask if for a trespass? 6 weeks for training isnt enough for a cook its shameful for law enforcement
Yes....they need to get fired. They need to get out of the force. They are criminal cops.
Just stood by and let that officer beat on that guy. They should have intervened and stopped the beating.
Guilty
Why did the cop punch him, because he pulled his hand away. That's assault.
That's the law pulling hand away = resisting lawful detainment = resisting arrest. That's the law we live under.
Because the man didn't fall to his knees and start licking the officers boots, didn't you watch the video!!!!!!!
They better get charged. If it was any us us we would be in jail.
They should be charged with attempted murder.
What department do these guys work for now?
Lee County Sheriff’s Department, Fort Myers, FL. My neck of the woods so to speak.
@Isittrue-cq2tdbootlickers
Broken bones and extreme swelling happens spontaneously all the time. It's those inner demons trying to get out.
These cops need to be dealt with and never be hired again in a position of authority.
What's aggravating is the abuse isn't the issue but the process for the abuse to happen, is.
2 cops couldn't grab A drunk man and just hold him ? Force is just too much fun !.
The fact that you can't solicit a trespass, and the booking photo, tells me that something is missing from those reports!
Always is.
The typical cop story. Get the property owner to trespass the victim, They are fine but scream officer safety as an excuse to kill or maim someone.
The line that every single cop uses. “But I was in fear for my life!”
They r trained yo say that so it will absolve them of any wrongdoing. It’s disgusting
Man I brought that same record at a thrifty for 50 cent lol
They use that as much as they use I can smell marijuana.
A COP CAN NOT ASK YOU TO TRESPASS SOMEONE.
Not supposed too
@@Timshot100its illegal to solicit a tresspass
As a retired cop, why didn’t those other officers help immediately? Very weird.
I can tell you what happened: the arrestee repeatedly struck his face on the officer's closed fist until he went unconscious and then struck the officer one more time, in the officer's fist, because he felt guilty of... not listening.
🤔🤔🤔🤔
@@judeduval5724 LOL stop dude, you're gonna make me die laughing.
Yes, and then he grabbed the officers boot and put it into his face because he felt bad for not licking the officers boots sooner, I mean what was this man thinking!!!!
Yeah. That dude's face didn't get that way by what is seen in the video.
Like....At all. "I didn't know if I was going to get punched so I punched him first."
I wonder if I can use that justification and get away with it?
One hour unaccounted for sounds suspicious to me. Once an individual is arrested, they should be taken to jail; unless, medical care is required.
These out of control power trip cops are just begging for it. You never hear the true motive behind a cop shot given a ticket by a passer by. It's sad all the way around. These nasty provoking cops ruin the trust we have for good law enforcement. Piss tests and better screening.
Soliciting a complaint is illegal abuse of authority.
