While this is a tedious process at times, it cannot be an easy job to make a full record of the events, demand respect from all parties, and make sure everything presented is fair and balanced on both sides. In the Lori Vallow Daybell case, she requested to be removed from the courtroom when they were describing the scene where they found her 2 children. The judge said No. His reasoning was, if these jurors, attorneys, witnesses and I (judge) have to be subjected to this, you will too. The witness, a 25 year veteran of the force, was visibly disturbed at what he had found and recalling and describing the scene... anyway, after she through a fit wanting to be excused, she fell asleep for at least 30 minutes during the testimony!😮 That's so friggin cold. Some mother...

I think somehow it is healing to try to understand human nature, but to also see there are truly people in this world who like you said “have screws loose”. And nothing will help make sense. I just wanted to say “thank you”. Love your content and raw honesty. Glad I never will have to employ your services (😂) but glad I get to “meet you” this way. Keep up the great work!

@@WW-hn5yb A mistake??? WTF are you talking about! She drugged him, she burned him, she stabbed him multiple times, which didn't kill him (as shown by the defensive wounds he got from trying to fend her off!) she hit him several times so hard that she cracked his skull which still didn't kill him so she shot him three times for good measure, one bullet lodging in his jaw after she shot him under his chin. He was only 11 years old! ELEVEN, he was a child FFS! Then, she cleaned up the crime scene, packed him into a suitcase, dumped him like garbage, decided that wasn't far enough and took off to the other side of the country and threw him off a bridge. She lied many, many times to hide what she had done, blamed everyone but herself and even dragged her 17 year old daughter into (unknowingly) helping her, not giving a damn if she was also accused of being an accessory.
How is that a mistake in your eyes? A mistake is something done in error, unknowingly or unintentionally. Nothing she did was a mistake, she was cold, calculating and evil. Now she sits in court and mocks the judicial system and the good people who had to bear witness to the atrocities SHE did by smirking, laughing and making obscene gestures! SHE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT WHAT THAT POOR LITTLE BOY WENT THROUGH OR WHAT HIS PARENTS ARE GOING THROUGH NOW! You might try watching the trial and educating yourself before you make comments in her defence. Even her defence team have been unable to do that!

She also tried to escape from the Police vehicle when they were transporting her back to the state where she committed the crime. A female officer was riding in the backseat with her. She bashed the officer in the head with a Monster Energy Drink can, tried to take the officer's gun, and even OPENED THE CAR DOOR. Later, she kept saying she only opened the door to get some air because she couldn't breathe. 🙄 So that adds at least 2 more charges, which like the comment above mine states, doesn't really matter cuz the barbaric murder of her stepson is gonna get her Life in Prison. Sure hope she receives a HUGE LETHAL dose of Prison Justice once she arrives at her Final Destination. Well, I WOULD like for her to suffer a couple of years first. Thank you! I was one of the people who requested you talk about the Leticia Stauch case. I'd love for you to do another one and talk about how you would handle this case if you were her defense attorney. She didn't just kill this boy. She stabbed him multiple times (which didn't kill him), and then she bashed his head so hard it cracked his skull. When that didn't work, she shot him under his chin and blew his brains out. Now, she is claiming insanity. However, she put his body in a suitcase and drove from Colorado to Florida, where she threw it on the side of the road. She was very aware of what she was doing, which, in my mind, blows the insanity plea out of the water. Would you advise your client to use this plea? If so, how would you go about convincing the jury that she was insane at the moment she committed this horrific crime against an 11 year old boy?

I got to watch a person that flipped my friend off while we were walking to the store get a ticket. A cop was parked and witnessed it happen, he pulled out and swooped in. He had already pulled over Mr Birdie as we walked past....it was honestly hilarious.

I loved how this judge was firm and no nonsense, but still managed to make her look like a fool. I vote for cuffing her to the desk! She is a bestial child killer, a manipulative and selfish narcissist who lies, lies, lies, and lies to avoid responsibility and appear as a sympathetic character. But watch this trial, it takes no time to see right through her.

Great video. I liked learning about the remedy options for a defendant's poor court decorum. Doubtful her behavior will be modified, but the judge's explanations were documented, which will support what he does in the future with her.

Yeah you are so right I bet you she is not embarrassed. I can’t imagine the embarrassment and anger or ex-husband has. I must be feeling and thinking that meeting her and even marrying her what is the worst decision he’s ever had or he’s ever done I can’t imagine what that gentleman must be going through, even the mother of that little boy, regardless of the reasons why the father had full custody, I just can’t imagine, because no parent should have to bury their child under no circumstance, and I wouldn’t even wish that on my worst enemy

The troublesome child is moved where daddy can keep his eyes on her. If she had any conscience at all she would be embarrassed to be singled out and reprimanded like this by the judge but then if she had any conscience, she would not have done what she did to a little boy who was totally at her mercy.
