I am at a point in my life where I must over analyze every Detail a thomas video especially when people film with RWS models. because no thomas fan ever makes a story in the 21st century. So I have to use all the clues in this video to estimate when this story takes place. James pulling the express, it could be anytime, but we see gordon pulling a goods train looking humbled. So this story takes place during his disgrace period. Rheneas is on the Skarloey at this point, however his boiler is black, may be a fun nod to Tardis Rescue Story, but in real life dolgoch was in that condition in the late 40s Mr. Hugh and the thin controller are managing the train. so this story takes place when the railways on its last wheels. Finally Rheneas is a bit stiff when leaving, and thanks to you making the weather gloomy. This means that this is the day when Rheaneas earned the Title “ a Gallant Old Engine.” Which means this one simple short video takes place in the year 1952 Solid attention to detail. Oh, and a phenomenal little video.
