Deebot Ozmo 920 original batt specifications is: Model no of batt: S09-LI-148-3200 16.6V Rated capacity: 2900mAh 42.92Wh I need to buy a replacement battery for it, but it seems all the battery that is sold online has a s slightly different specs: 14.4V 3400mAh Is it ok to use it? Wil it spoil the mother board? Thanks
Hi there, do you have a video for replacing a side brush motor on a T8? The clip that holds my green side brush has broken and I believe I have to replace the whole side brush motor to fix this problem.
There are 2 videos available how to disassemble & assemble back...if you know how to disassemble then just remove main board 3 screw n core board clip then just remove side brush motor 2 screw on top & 1 screw From bottom & replace new assembly then fix it back as it is
Hi, I have a ecovac ozmo 950. My right side brush is not working and the machine wants me to untangle it. But it isnt tangled. I tested the Motor with a 9 volt battery and it works. Ist the motherboard broken? Can I test it somehow. And how much is a replacement motherboard? Thanks ,ou in advance:)
Fir testing purpose you can remove other side motor & fix this side but don't screw up...just connect wire & give command to vacuum see weather it can turn or not...if can tun then just side brushe motor assembly need to replace if can not turn but in other side can function that means motherboard & side brush motor together need to replace..got shortcut somewhere..
I just bought this same vacuum, but I have a different issue. It will not dock with the station. It tries over and over. and finally gives up. I place it on station and visually see metal charge contacts touching each other and leave over night. 60% before sleep at 60% when wake up... Either electrical issue on station or robot.
If it's not ozmo 950 then might be a battery issue... very rare cases that motherboard need to replace in other models but Ozmo 950 always just motherboard issue in this type cases

I think forsure was something wrong with base station because the light on base station never lit up...didn't know it lit up until I got a new one. It is interesting on the faulty one where the light was not turning on was still seen by vacuum and it navigated to it, but just kept ramming it when on the ramp. Also electrical symbol on map was not showing up on map for station on the app with old one. New one works perfect. I called there support and they hung up on me 3 times after 2 min conversations and when I called back the third time they asked if previous calls helped or not... even though the time was just me tell them the problem and some simple tests. I hope not all their support is not like that, lol.
My bluebot extreem does not mop any more And on my phone program it s just say instal water tank for mop I dont have any one to fix may robot in my country Any advise for my problem😢😢
When we picked up in our hands then robot sensors work that it's not in floor... that's confirm will give error...just put down on the floor n run.. that's all...if you hold in hands n try to run then robot will give this error

There are Only 2 screw at the bottom & lift up the top cover.thats all.those 2 screw are hidden under black rubber

Dust bag sensor wire might be damaged or sensor is Faulty that's why can not recognise the dust bag
