Heeey Kevin wassup. Okay so this is good to hear, gives me some hope. It is streaming now so I've been curious. Great review man & hope you've been well.
The first one was a HUGE surprise and that ending was perfect kn it's ridiculousness! William Brent Bell is the new Uwe Boll though, so I was dreading this prequel... but, I'm really happy to hear that it's decent! Isabelle Fuhrman (even if she is way too old to be playing this role) is a veritable talent for sure! Great review Kev, I'm much more looking forward to this one now 😃
I haven't seen any films from Uwe Boll but I'm guessing that's not a flattering comparison haha. Glad to hype you up for this one. The third act went campy though but it's all worth it to see Isabelle reprise the role again. Thanks Shawn :)
Unfortunately there's no hint in this prequel if she'll come back for a sequel. We can't rule that out though because I remember in the ending of the first film, the cops didn't find Esther's body. I am down for a sequel! Hopefully the hype will push the studio to do it.
@@ScreenKings well what happened was in the first movie the cops didn't find her in the home, but she was at the pond and there was that fight and she got kicked in the head. My reason that I think she's alive is when she got elbowed in that fight, it was similar to when she got kicked. She floated downwards, eyes open and everything, but she came back up and tried to stab Kate and that's when she was kicked in the head, and it just kind of ended like that. Really hoping for the sequel though but if they continue with just prequels I'll also be happy
I'm watching the movie now...i noticed the visuals has too much blacks and foggy I can't even see what the characters were doing...not sure whether it's was shot that way or there's a problem with the cinema projector...went to see the manager to complain...nothings change tho...what u guys think?
Not sure if you're in PH but the visual quality in my cinema during that screening is not the best as well but then I checked the trailer and it has that "foggy" quality. I will watch it again when it hits streaming just to check.

Hey Ant! I'm doing well and hope you are too :)
Well I hope this one is campy fun for you at least! Thanks for checking this out!

Dang I'm jealous. I want to see this so bad! Glad you hear it's decent, I'll go in with low expectations!
A couple of days left and it will be on streaming! Thanks for checking this out Nick!
Q: Are you going to watch Orphan: First Kill in theaters or on streaming? :)
Yes definitely!!! Question for you, do they ever hint at a way she can come back? Like have a sequel? I suppose prequels are fine, but just curious!

Really looking forward to this one. I was curious as to they’d de-age her. I suppose we just gotta suspend belief.
Yeah, the studio could have spared a little more budget for the CGI. Hope you like it once you see it. Thanks Lisa!

@@ScreenKings I saw in Singapore...didnt enjoy the movie becos of the bad visual quality on most scenes
@@samsonnodelilah5459 Oh sorry to hear that. I'm starting to think at one point while watching if this is a pirated copy tbh lol
So is it a good movie to watch at the cinema?
IMO, it's not a must watch per se (streaming would do) but cinema is always the better experience.
@@ScreenKings Got it but i'm glad it's not a bad movie😁😁😁 I'm very Leena fan
