@0:37 what is that car Mark? Is it a Renault 4? Can you please let me know what it is as it's driving me nuts trying to figure out exactly which make and model it is. A VW that passes emissions is a rarity these days 😂.
@@timothyokane9710 ah okay, thanks for letting me know that, I really appreciate it, being from Wales UK 🏴 I don't have an extensive amount of knowledge when it comes to American cars, thanks again and enjoy the rest of your day.
Driven daily and well maintained, that's how you make cars last a long time!
That little car feels like an old friend at this point.
You should be honored Mark! This guy has owned this car for 44 years, over half of his 70+ years on this planet. Thanks for the post!
Far more reliable and cost-effective than the modern Common Rail Turbo Intercooled diesels that everyone is making !
Trinidad & Tobago.
West Indies.
Only 40 hp? Heck, my ‘57 VW has 36!
Quick cut off there. I feel short changed!
The 1.5 Diesel engine was specified with 50 hp, the 1.6 with 54 hp.
I feel the same with my VW Rabbit Pickup it has the obsolete CIS Gas injection
yep there is a plate for adjusting the valve timing too.
I had to work it out, 600,000 miles is 966000 kilometres!
million km coming up :D

It's not a Renault 4 but, it's a Lloyd sedan from the 50's.
