Connecting Flights from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Terminal 3

- Departing from the BA0294 A380 from Chicago which landed at London Heathrow Terminal 5. To catch a connecting flight from Terminal 3 you have to catch a train and a bus to terminal 3. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 security.

You won't need a visa to use the transit service, but you will need a transit visa to enter the UK for certain nationalities. If you don't have a transit visa and you're a citizen of a country that does, you will not even be able to get on the flight.
Do you go through passport control from gate3 to gate5 and vice versa
I was traveling from the USA to Scotland via Heathrow. After we got off the plane you go through passport control. I would presume you would go through passport control at the terminal you are connecting to. Make sure you like my video and SUBSCRIBE.

Hello, I have a flight by next week to dallas, and i will be transitioning from terminal 5 to terminal 3. Could you please let me know how long will it takes to chnage from terminal 5 to terminal 3??
@anushareddypeddireddy8467 It may take you 30 to 45 minutes if you don't have any other issues. In one instance, I did not have a boarding pass, and this took slightly longer.
@@1packet But I have only 1 hour 45 minutes. Can I get into the flight by on time. Because as I have a 1 hour 45 minutes layover I don't think it will be sufficient to reach the flight?? What do you say?? Is there any suggestions please let me know
@anushareddypeddireddy8467 I think the 1 hour 45 minutes should be enough but a bit tight. The bus from T5 to T3 is frequent. As long as you get out of the plane quickly, you should be good. Make sure you don't have anything that may delay you in security. The transfer is pretty smooth, so don't worry too much. I was going to the Chicago, and once I was in Terminal 3, I had a bit of a walk, but not much. Enjoy your travel and don't stress too much and you will get to your destination.

Hello, I will be traveling to Ghana next week and I will be transitioning through Heathrow from terminal 5 to 3. I have 7 hours layover in Heathrow. Do I need any visa for my transitioning. I’m traveling with American passport
