It's a long time since I made my last cover of a Porcupine Tree song, so here's my version of 'The Sound Of Muzak', from their 2002 release 'In Absentia'.
Music: Porcupine Tree - The Sound Of Muzak

Even though the title says this is a cover, I'm not necessarily playing it exactly like the original - I usually have my own twist and feel to my playing ...

Such an amazing song and a great cover as well. Love the low bass in this one, really hits that right mood.
Thank you, Tyger! Glad you liked it!
100% agreed great song....GREAT cover
Great job! How can anyone dislike this?
Igjen, dette er strålende spillt på topp nivå!
Gavin Harrison would be proud! Sweet cover!
Excellent drummer, congrats mate. Superb cover.
Awesome job man... Really great cover !
This is an amazing cover Torje! Really spot on.
I want to know whether you used drumless track or played on the original one? How did you suppress drums from the original recording?
It's the original. You can hear some of Gavin's cymbals in the bg
That was amazing!!
This is awesome. You should upload more often!
Great cover! I´m trying to find a drumless version of this song but they all are also without vocals, can you help me where to find this song without drums, just drums :) Thanks!
Great work my friend !
Amazing drum cover!
well done..
Torje. Again. Very good work man ;) This cover is wonderfull ;)
Thanks a lot, Tim! :-)
Torje Breidablik You were the first drummer that I saw doing covers, so you're kind of an idol for me and my biggest wish sould be, if you could do some holiday here in belgium and we could drum together with my band and stuff like this, but I know that's a long way from Norway and it won't happen in this life... :p ;)
Tim H. Dude! It's so cool to hear that! I really appreciate that! I totally can't promise a trip to Belgium, but I do owe you a big thank you!
Great playing sir!
Hi dude! Do you have the drumless track for this? :D
You are brilliant!
thank god, i though that i was the only one who heard those extra notes at the hi hat when he starts singing. other drum covers seems to ignore it. even gavin harrison playing the song doesnt do that
10/10, would jam
where do you got your Drumless Track from? I'm looking to cover this one as well, thanks ;D
base is wrong
Heja Norge!
Vakkert, kamerat
Takk! :-)
