I got involved with RV's in the very beginning 1969. At that time a motor home would cost about $1,000.00 a foot. The average size at that time was 25' long. How these motor homes have changed it is really amazing. I was one of the first companies that rented motor homes in Covina, CA.
With all respect, but how can most of these huge RVs serve the purpose of travelling to nature and remote places? I have been to the Swiss Alps this year and it would be impossible to get anywhere near there with such large RVs. You would have to park in Zurich and take the train or a rental car to get to the Alps. It may be great for US roads but it would never work in Europe, at least not in Switzerland, Italy, Greece, etc. Still great machines nevertheless!

Just a small correction. You stated that most RVs lack a bathing area. When the facts are most if not all RVs produced today come with a full restroom, including a shower for bathing. Some are just a bit smaller than others. I'm speaking of real RVs as shown in this video, not about the small passenger van conversions.

These are beautiful, especially my favorite Mercedes-benz. But after following the industry and studying the pros and cons, a fifth wheel is the route for me to go. If something goes wrong mechanically (it does regularly) you're stuck. With the fifth wheel I can get an even larger living space and less liability. I can drop it anywhere and the maintenance will be minimal.

You have the Concord at the bottom which comes with a garage but the NuMar is 200, 000 more and it doesn’t. Seems like the Concord is the better deal since a huge objection to owning a Class A is having to tow a separate vehicle. And it seems like the hallmark is “sleek and modern.” Thanks but I prefer shabby chic! I would be afraid to touch anything.
I've seen homemade RV's that spare no expense and have all the amenities that cost about 1/5th as much as these things do. You can be sure everyone from the manufacturer to the dealer and salesperson have tacked on their dandy commissions making the cost of these things as high as they are. DIY means you can have everything exactly the way you want and the satisfaction of saying you did it yourself while saving a ton of money.
Number 5 & 6 is done with nothing but exclusive style and taste!........for days. I love the external design that Prevost has. As everything about that buses external look demands respect. If they had a design team that was able to design on the same level that it's external look brings, that's something to literally fall in love with. Maybe they should team up with the Germans.

I have owned motorhomes before, one nearly new, and can tell you that none of these would be able to go where I have been. They are all too high, which catches the crosswinds like crazy, would get caught up in the trees, and the interiors are white - really how is one to clean that, complete nightmare to get parts to fix anything, especially en route, the fuel would be nuts, difficult to park, impossible to get on some ferries, frankly unattractive on the outside with designs that sometimes make me queazy, and far too big and heavy. I might consider permanently parking one on a property, but I'd rather buy a cottage then. A few of the features are silly - that patio on the roof, outdoor sound, or huge entertainment systems when I'd never use them... I was all ready to enjoy seeing all the wonderful features, but not one is to my liking. I guess I am too practical rather than part of the superficial group. I'd bet that there are a lot of places that can't even accommodate one of these overnight. Some are not even practical and although I actually could afford one, I would never want one. Each one seems more ridiculous and impractical than the last. They also look like a magnet to attract criminal tampering. Thanks for the peek at something that is just not for me.
Obviously, these are for the richest people in the world. The most outstanding RV for me is the top 1 that looks like a spacecraft. I wish I have lot of money to buy this.

It’s good but needs a 2nd small bedroom compartment. Not much privacy in the bedroom that’s there. Really doesn’t suit more than 2 people
