Hey buddy, it’s good to see you again. I’ve been here for a very long time I’ve moved on to collecting 1/24 and 1/18 scale models but if I see a green light model I like I will still pick it up and these videos are still as entertaining as they were Six or seven years ago. Keep it up bro glad to see you haven’t changed.
They realy killed it with the suburban casting! 3 other version are coming this year soon too : A FDNY hobby exclusive, a NYPD version from the hot pursuit series and a ambulance version in the second mix of the first responders. Can't wait!
Hey welcome back . You got a cold. In Canada. In the winter . Yup things are still normal.. I been slowly becoming a AW Greenlight M2 collector i admit it . Slim pickings on hot wheels an definitely want to do more premium types cars to the pile . Those 2 fords red black are whoooaa. I rarely find square body trucks. Hope i get lucky with one or both of those . More flee market stories..2 weeks ago guy bought a big collection so i got to pick all the loose . Someone elses stuff now mine At least 28 cars All MOPAR Who is Castline ? Cudas Chargers many years. Plymouths Super birds Daytonas Even a wicked Dart . An at least 8 of the coolest JDM 71 skyline ..R34 ect ect. What do you call your collection when it is now made more of other peoples old stuff ..then my new stuff. Im gonna just call it awsome leftovers
Another great video! Sorry to hear you were ill, I was sick at the end of December too. Also I had no idea Greenlight made a Mercury Marauder, and I had no idea that it was worth that much! Greenlight were pretty new to the market in 2008 weren't they? This is why I've always liked your channel, you pay attention to stuff that nobody else does and have a unique skew to what you learn about and its like having some "insider information". PS: LBE is a online diecast store & Facebook group officially sanctioned by Greenlight to sell their models
Great news about M2 supporting your channel, they are my favourite maker of modern diecast, just because of the amount of opening parts they offer. Shallow truck beds, that have been changed over from lowriders, are the only real issue with these now. I dont like most low riders and I steer clear of the models that have the shallow reused beds. I am pleased to see that one of the makers is taking your channel seriously at last, you do great work, much better than other channels, that have big sponsor backing. Greenlight are knocking it out of the park recently, their ne Dodge Power Wagon and squarebody suburban are just amazing, I was able to pickup the red/orange power wagon and I also found both the recent version of the suburban. Your one of the best channels on youtube, a channel I can recommend is NNNH, Chris is such an easy mechanic to follow, he explains what he does so well and its always an adventure to see where he goes on his travel and what vehicles he finds. Chris is no scared of fixing up the big stuff, like Plant equipment and big truck, but he also reviews tool, electric bikes, boats and all sorts of interesting gadgets. If you dont know about his channel already, swing by and take a look, you will be sure and fine some vehicles that spark your interest.
Wow --- !!! 👍👍👍👍👍 Well it looks like I will be subbing 😄. I collect Hot Wheels and Matchbox too among others but am a newbie to you. It's hard not to pick up cars when out shopping anywhere. Thanks for posting and nice collection as well 👍👍👍👍😎🍻✌️👋
Love the Suburbans (We had an '84 tan/red/tan C20 Chevy when I was growing up.), though I'm disappointed they put 6-lug wheels on the '90; a 2500, regardless if it's 2- or 4-wheel-drive, should have 8-lugs. Also, the Marauder was the only Panther Body to feature the DOHC 32-valve 4.6 V8; the Crown Vic, Grand Marquis and Town Car all shared the SOHC 16-valve version.
Glad your back, not sure if you remember me, I change my name ALOT. Lol but anyway it’s been a hot minute since I’ve watched you, used to watch around 4 years ago now.
I want the Marauder!! The new release obviously, because I'm not paying $150 for the first release. Did you find it in Canada? Or was that from Ebay? A lifted Suburban would be bad ass!
Have you seen the latest M2 G10 vans?, I recently bought 2 of the 4x4 version, but I have been unable to track down the lovehearts version, thats one van I would love to have in the collection. Vans are a passion of mine, I am very lucky to have the RLC Tadesman in my collection and 6 or the R/C Chevy van with the opening back doors. I even have the Muscle Machine Econoline van with the adjustable ride height and opening side door, vans are not as popular as muscle cars to most collectors, but they are right up there for me, I am so glad I made the effort to get the Tradesman van when it came out, as its value has increased by at least double since.
In the classified series the so called 1978 f 150's are actually 1979 not 1978. The add is 1978 but the models are 1979. 1978 f 150 had round head lights and 1979 was the first year for square head lights. So if you look at the add the add has a truck with round head lights so you know its a 1978 and clearly the models you showed of the truck have square head lights making them 1979. Then in 1980 the trucks were redesigned.
7:45 those are the OEM wheels. Greenlight fucked up the wheels. They must be shrinking their width to use less materials to cut cost. The Mercury Marauder was a rare performance version of the Mercury Grand Marquis made to compete with the Ford Crown Victoria. Like an elegant muscle car. The car itself in real life is very rare and commands a pricey sum. You can always find them easily because they are the only Mercury car of the Grand Marquis shape to feature those rims, as well as keyless entry.
Yo you're the reason I still collect diecast cars
