    Faize are you crazy if you have a chance to walk away with Caleb Williams and Marvin Harrison Jr you won the draft hand down we got enough draft capitol for next year lets go 🐻

      It’s not about winning drafts it’s about winning games and Super Bowls. I’d rather see the Bears with Caleb/Odunze and still have the 2nd and possibly 3rd round picks in 2025. Those picks get you a long term Center or a Guard or some defensive help.

      If we trade back #1 ...we can get everything this year. Caleb not the best nor the only QB in draft. Should've kept fields 1 more yr

      @J-Bo-hr9zp getting rid of Fields was the best decision, Fields was an elite runner but he was elite at nothing else. He didn't lead the Bears to a single winning season, he didn't lead the Bears to the playoffs once, he didn't make the pro bowl once, he didn't throw 20+ passing touchdowns once, he didn't throw 3k passing yards once, Bears can do better, even a rookie can replicate Fields "success".
      Winning 6 games while throwing 3,000 passing yards and 20 passing touchdowns he'll have done better than Fields has done in a season

    Man F@#k them picks. Hell yes take MHJ. Then next year AZ or LAC get our what? number 25 to 32 pick. Superbowls on my mind bro. MHJ is worth it and I trust Poles to work around giving up a 1st round pick. It's stupid not to be doing this

    If we are rolling with Caleb Williams....hell yeah grab Marvin Harrison Jr. Set the table and give the rookie all he needs to properly grow. Caleb would have probably the most weapons ever to start a career

    If Caleb is as good as advertised and the team is overall better, when will you have a chance to be drafting in the top 10 again? Hopefully not any time soon. Make the bold move for a true impact player. Similar to the Texans last year.

    If they can make it happen without using next year's number one pick. We never get yhe number one receiver. Look at the first receivers taken in past drafts. They always produce. I always worry if it is not the first guy then will the next one be a Kevin White.
    Besides if the bears are going to get good when will we be close enough to make a legitimate move to get the best. Calib and MHJ could play together for years. With two of the games best receivers mentoring along the way.

  • @MattStJohnOfficial

    I agree. If we dit sit at 9 we’re still prob gonna get Odunze or Nabers. Trading up for MHJ will be expensive. But, hey, if Poles gets agressive and trades up to get MHj…I’m not complaining 🤷🏾‍♂️

    Your correct on not taking and trading picks, MHJ if there was no brainer but, Nabers or Odunze would be fine at 9. Next year the draft is better for position players and the Bears have their first and two 2nds so just be patient.

  • @chazzhammer1
    @chazzhammer1 2 місяці тому +1

    They need to continue the mindset of building through the draft. That’s how they’ll have longevity. Keep trading picks away will hurt the team long term.
    As an example the Bears need to prepare for the next round of players that could be gone after 2024.
    Keenan Allen
    Nate Davis
    Tevin Jenkins
    Coleman Shelton
    DeMarcus Walker
    I know all of those guys contracts aren’t up at the end of 2024 but the Bears may need to replace them with younger cheaper talent. Nate Davis alone is $10 million per year. Gotta get his replacement. Bears need a long term answer at Center.

  • @vinson555
    @vinson555 2 місяці тому

    Allen right now is one year only, MHJ would be worth giving up next yer's first in my opinion, because the draft next year is projected worse that this one. I'd use the 2nd to get MJH, Maybe use the first next year to get picks this year, as many day 2's you can get out of it.

    I would love it! But, it ain't happening. Arizona has more draft capital than any other team! They're taking MHJr. JJ McCarthy will fall to the Vikings at #11. Picks 4, 5 and 6 will be the top 3 receivers (Ariz, LAC, NYG). Picks 1, 2 and 3 will be the top 3 quarterbacks (Chi, Wash, NE). #7 OT (Ten) #8 Edge (Atl). If the Bears can't trade back, I would take Byron Murphy ll, DT-TX. Top player at his position. That's what you do with a top 10 pick.

    • @chazzhammer1
      @chazzhammer1 2 місяці тому

      A team will trade into the top 10 for JJ. The Bears will sell #9 to the highest bidder if no team trades up past them for the 4th QB.

    When you say that we have depth at wide receiver are you talking about Tyler Scott and Velus Jones Jr? I look at both of those guys as question marks to even be on an NFL roster. We have one year of Keenan Allen. Keenan also hasn't played a full season in the last two years. That to me is not depth. I would make the trade for Marvin Harrison Jr everyday of the week. There is no guarantee that Rome is available at pick nine.

    There's only ONE thing that needs to happen for the Bears to win the 1st round of the draft...and that's for one team to move up to draft JJ McCarthy.

    • @CanadianChiGuy23

      Even if the Top 3 QBs and Top 3 WRs and Alt are off the board by #9, IF QB4 has not been taken, you start that bidding war between Minny/Denver/Vegas. I'd gladly trade 9/75/122 for 11/23/129 with the Vikes if they are desperate to get to the front of the line. To walk out of the draft with 1/11/23 would be the ultimate win.

  • @CanadianChiGuy23
    @CanadianChiGuy23 2 місяці тому

    Think this out mathematically/statistically. How many more yards/TDs are you expecting MHJ than Nabers, Odunze, or even Brian Thomas Jr??? Is the difference REALLY worth 2 high end future players that you would have to sacrifice drafting??? For me, the answer is a clear NO. Your offense can/will have a lot more yardage, scoring, and firepower with 2 more 1st/2nd Round prospects than MHJ can outdo over Nabers or Odunze.

    If it's just a 2nd, I probably would. I think MHJ is clearly the best WR in this draft no debate. It's kinda silly to not do that If that's pretty much what it cost especially paring with Caleb. To have two special players coming in the door would be very unique

    Instead of calling out Bears management for questionable signings like Swift and Allen you’re going to post a video on trading up for MHJ REALLY. MHJ is going to Arizona at 4 PERIOD. If we wanted MHJ we would have traded out of the first pick kept JF and drafted him. We are going to draft CW and pass on MJH why because we are the Bears and that’s why we have only had 5 winning seasons in 20 years. MHJ will be a HOF CW is just another poor USC QB

  • @bobsokoloski9559

    The only way the Bears should trade up is for Joe Alt not a damn WR or an Edge that we DO NOT need. Give your new QB a stud LT and some protection. Joe Alt is the only player to move up for. All you people that want a WR at 9 are fools. Your like the person that wants the a huge wedding and a 3 CT ring and a year later you're filing for divorce.
