I’ve done books where you look through circles but not a spiral. How lovely. If you cut sections out of the circles before joining into the spiral the staples would be in different places.

Facinating ! How much time take you to complete the project ? Was it in one sitting ... or... did you take breaks in between, maybe to organize the items needed for the next stage of creation ?
I took a break overnight as I had to sleep ha ha (I only craft at night as a work a day job full time), but in total about 3 hours to put it together 🩷
