Alex my dude, a tip of advice from a former long haul trucker. Almost all truck stops like Pilot, loves, TA all have showers though maybe up to 15 bucks, but you have a hot shower, a place to park, and laundry facilities a lot of the time. You can even find some nice truck drivers that have a surplus of free showers from all the fuel that would even let you cash one of theirs in. I know on the road I gave away quite a few showers to guys that have asked.
@j4c03 Agreed. Discovered this back in '04 when road tripping in my first "stealth" van. Showers were $7 bucks back then. And for me, I'll take a truck stop shower over a Gym shower any day!
Good shit man, you've quickly become one of my favorite MTB tubers too watch! I enjoy that your channel is just about good vibes, while riding some of the dopest trails in the US. We live in an extremely toxic society nowadays, where everyone seems to be at each other's throats. It's nice to escape that for 10 to 15 minutes while enjoying your content. An amazing and Huge step above your normal content. Not that your normal content isn't great but this was something special and truly motivating. I'm only 16 and I live in the north east. I would love to venture across the country like you someday and its things like this that give me inspiration and ideas for someday making my dream come true like yours has.
