I LOVE how you can tell this is actually a dance practice, like somtimes they don't hit the movements as hard as in the stages, or how they keep touching their clothes. You don't see that often in kpop dance practices, it's so refreshing and honest of them.
But the point of ‘dance practice’ videos are showing the dance choreo without camera moves so people can see exactly every move. For example sometimes moving camera takes away the moves power but if you watch dance practice video you see that it’s actually a pretty hard move to do. It’s named as practice but it actually a choreo showcase video clean way. Some groups releases dance practice behind where they learn the choreo so that could be considered as a real practice. Edit: i mean where else we can see this fix camera and without any cuts or scene changes. It’s clean and it’s not really a practice
