Lots of traffic condensed in one area. Been here in the Harrisburg area 20 years and in that 20 years, I seen a major increase. I'm sure the long-term locals really seen a change.
I don't get it. You're selling homes, but the first 5 minutes of the video is mostly shot in parking lots--empty parking lots! The video is working against your message. If the average home price is $320,000, I would be sure to feature those neighborhoods, not tire stores and Dave & Busters. If you want to feature the farmer's market, use the market to your advantage, don't stand in front of a hideous cracked concrete block wall to talk about it or in the bleak empty parking lot where the outdoor market takes place on some other day. The section at the coffee shop could have been shot in Connecticut or Ohio, because we can't see any of the Market Street that you're promoting.
