Your food preparation is so soothing. The music and your style of preparation is somewhat like graceful and beautiful choreographed dancing. To answer your question, is it too slow? A thousand times, no. If you were to speed it up it would ruin the special effect. And in my opinion, the beautiful piano music is superior to the jazz instrumentation that is sometimes used. Watching you prepare these recipes is very calming as well as instructive. I also love the close-up perspectives on the cutting board and the other areas of preparation, and the slow motion photography is superb. Whoever is doing the photography should receive a reward for their artistic ability and excellence in creativity of filming.
