Hey all. Thanks for the comments. What did we WE learn about doing reaction videos this week? That some of you simply think they are dumb. Or too dumb for Banger. We're sorry you don't think it's fun to talk about Judas Priest all week. And we remind that Lock Horns Judas Priest and Overkill Review of the new album are coming this week, as per usual. For those who say you only want us to make smart videos starring Sam, may we recommend our BTV documentaries on At the Gates and the scene in South Africa? Because we LOVED making those but they didn't get many views: ua-cam.com/video/6B8SOtRoayc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/CEaPV5IllBY/v-deo.html To those who like reaction videos but didn't dig these too much we appreciate you feedback on ways to make these better.
Have not, but since you mentioned it, I'll probably do that now. We are getting hit pretty hard right now with a noreaster--so lots of snow with nothing to do. Great music day. Thanks for the response.
Pro Tip: If you don't want to watch reaction videos then don't click on them. :o :o :o Banger doesn't have to be serious 24/7, they still have reviews and lockhorns, those aren't going anywhere so chill the hell out. I like that they're doing something fun and enjoyable. Anyway... in the future it would be cool to see reactions towards videos they haven't seen yet, maybe new videos releases, or videos from lesser known bands, or bands the crew doesn't necessarily love already?
Great vid and reactions. Love Priest whether it's hippie 70s, British Steel, commercial POE and Hot Rockin, or the hair metal Turbo. It's all good because it's all great songs.
I LOVE these vids. I wish they'd be done more often. Makes me miss Beavis and Butthead doing these,or the Old Pop Up Video from the Much Music days. Keep doing them!
Y'all are the best metal channel on youtube. Even the reviews of records I don't dig are thorough and entertaining. And while I can totally understand getting on the reaction video train, or any other youtube trend that may garner you guys more subs, this forma isn't utilizing what makes you guys standout: an academic and passionate breakdown of metal.
There is a throwback history to that air guitar bit in Breakin the Law. In England, there was a metal club where they would play up and coming proto metal bands. Some dude showed up with a cardboard guitar like that and went crazy. Then they would have air guitar contests like that. It's just a funny little tidbit of history regarding The New Wave of British Heavy Metal.
Judas Priest is easily one of the best metal bands. I hated Breakin the Law and Hot Rockin even more when I first saw. them But I also thated the Rainbow in the Dark with that weird lady dancing around and wasn't there like an adult novelty store or something? These guys needed something for MTV to play. They had a budget. And this is what they could produce. Since seeing Hot Rockin I have realized that it is a slamming tune and I do for Karaoke a lot. Now Turbo Lover is a different story. Obviously, they had more money to spend. The title is sort of uninspired. I'm surprised they didn't drop the word "lover" and slap down a batch of better metal batch of metaphors. Keep in my that I saw the video for Locked In before TL and LI is a lot more fun. If I were directing these videos, I would had advised them set up their gear and play free shows to a live audiences, because that's always how the Priest shines. Run through each song four times. Sweeten it up in the studio a bit. Done. Maybe have a few chicks pull up their shirts and production pixelates the nasty bits. Release the "uncensored" versions later. I love this band. I was so happy watching this video. A thousand thanks, my friends!
wE NEED MORE REACTIONS defntly .!!! super awesome dudes !!! Describing the point of entry album cover was the best...'Maybe the plan is entering !!" :00 .....haahahhaha ....
Common Sam, you are an educated metal head who brought professionalism and structure to metal history, analysis and reviews. That’s for what I love Banger TV and everything that has your Sam’s Stamp. But this is not it, These reaction videos suck ( in my humble opinion)
Tom Collings your right Tom, perhaps my humor was absent. I just didn’t see it as a section I will enjoy. But I will respect 100% what others enjoy I just wanted to say “it was not my cup of tee”
I dig the reaction videos myself. I kind of feel dumb now because on the last reaction video I said to blow up the screen and cover the guys so I could focus on one thing at a time, not thinking about the fact that these are reaction videos, I'm supposed to watch the reaction. I was completely wrong about how to handle the video. That out of the way, if you keep doing these, I'll watch, I love everything you guys do.
I enjoyed this one more than yesterday's. I think Blayne and Daniel were more in the swing of things this time around, maybe it was the beer or maybe it was because they had already hammered out a reaction video
I know these were all filmed back to back but after these videos are all posted please don't do anymore reaction videos. (No disrespect intended) These guys are hilarious though! That impression at 1:41 was spot on!
Not a typical review, but fun video nonetheless! Not my typical BANGERTV content, I have always preferred the other stuff. But Daniel and Blayne are amazing hosts!
I like these. It was fun, never seen the Hot Rocket video before, sure was weird. Looking forward to seeing something from Nostradamus one of my favorite Jp albums.
Good idea. Despite what some viewers think we don't want to make fun of metal bands - so we'd only do the glam stuff with someone who genuinely digs and respects it, for fun. Maybe!
Well, honestly, many of the glam hair bands from the first wave in the early mid 80s were metal. And people would know that if they listened to the rest of the songs on the albums aside from the hit single and Mtv videos. I support the genre
I don't think Dave Holland was upset with the Hot Rockin shoot neither. He was bisexual and spent time in prison for that stuff that happened with his drumming student.
This one is better than yesterday! Like it :) I actually like a Judas Priest song! Damn it BangerTV! (And I like the fact Sarah is interrupting them talking about the sucking album cover)
I think these videos are great to add variety to BangerTV. Just like other television programming, not every show is for everyone. You might really like the Simpsons, but Frasier is on next and you might change the channel. That's okay, not every show is for you. But, I feel like these types of shows are fun ways to show our love to the music that we love. Please keep up the great work and keep on trying new things.
The only way for reaction videos to 'work' is that the viewers have never seen the videos before. In this case they admit they have seen the JP videos hundreds of time before..so what is the point?
70's part was wierd, in some way forced, but in this something worked :D . Waiting for the third part. That said I would prefer some reactions on something new tho: some track from new bands that you guys didn't listen before ( or new material from known bands ). Anyway love your work guys, keep going
I like these reaction videos. Sounds like me and my buds back in the day. Looking forward to lock horns and the overkill review. I think your producers could've picked better videos by Priest. Screaming for Vengeance, Living after Midnight, Jawbreaker from Defenders of the Faith. Never cared for Turbo but the stage show was good. Good work boys. Taking me back to my youth.
HOLY SHIT... I am still laughing about the 3PM nude beach Turbo party. Blayne, you are the best. I don’t get all the hate. Not the best or most serious stuff, but I don’t think that was the original intent. Man, ease up people. Let ‘em have some fun. I don’t think any less of Banger because of this experiment. I like the great balance of the fun and more serious personalities on here. If everything was all bland and serious and cut and dry, this channel would lose a lot of its character.

To those who like reaction videos but didn't dig these too much we appreciate you feedback on ways to make these better.
Loved the ATG doc. It made me go back and listen to them for like two weeks straight. Still so good.
Thanks! Did you hear the new track? We are all pretty stoked over here.
Have not, but since you mentioned it, I'll probably do that now. We are getting hit pretty hard right now with a noreaster--so lots of snow with nothing to do. Great music day. Thanks for the response.
Just listened, it was really good. Something that could easily fit on slaughter of the soul and their guitar tones are always on point.
Very much looking forward to the Lock Horns Priest edition. So many great records.
“I heard a rumor that this [Turbo Lover] was your favorite Priest record” was the best joke of the entire video.
"Water on the rocks" is the only true way to sauna.
Source: I'm from Finland, the country where sauna was invented.
Pro Tip: If you don't want to watch reaction videos then don't click on them. :o :o :o

exactly. this is YT, not TV. You don't like something click on the next thing..
I need more tag teams with Daniel and Blayne. Watching these two bounce off of each other is so fun.
I wish i could get drunk with these guys and then react to Judas Priest videos!
Antonio Cdja just upload your own? You see how low the bar has been set by Banger so I’m sure your reaction video would be an improvement.
This video just makes me want to hang out with these guys

I've seen Priest 5 times. 80's, 90's, 00's. First time was in 1980 when they opened for KISS.
Daniel Dekay seems like a really cool guy. Glad he is on Banger TV. Keep up the good work
Guys let’s be honest....Dave Holland was the creative director behind Hot Rockin.
I do enjoy these reaction videos, thanks guys!
The 80's... you just had to be there!
I absolutely love these Judas Priest reaction videos
That's how you keep people from rushing the stage, a trough of fire.
Hilarious! Thanx Dudes!
I love these videos!!!! Lots of FUN!!!!
I don't know...I laughed. That's good, right?
It is really funny to see how Daniel seems to be always stunned by Blaynes humor. Those moments of silence and staring. Hilarious!
There is a throwback history to that air guitar bit in Breakin the Law. In England, there was a metal club where they would play up and coming proto metal bands. Some dude showed up with a cardboard guitar like that and went crazy. Then they would have air guitar contests like that. This one was better than the first. Let these two go fucking nuts.
I also sing Breaking the Law when I'm "Raking the lawn, raking the lawn."
Haha your ''unison'' moves had me cracking right open!
I am A Turbo LOveeerrrr
Turbo Lover kicks friggin ass from first time i heard it in the 80's
I just noticed that Rob Zombies Superbeast music video is a Homage to Turbo Lovers video...
0:13 Dan please explain what the hell you said lol
Love it BREAKING THE WHAT? 😂😂😂😂💙💙💙💙
Judas Priest and Iron Maiden laid the foundation for 80s Metal.
Damn, now I have to wait another whole day for the next reaction video. Another great one, guys!
I thought I was watching Banger TV, and a episode of Mystery Science Theater broke out. LOL
Because you loved the first one, now have another!
How freaking old is Daniel?

I love Banger but I don’t like these reaction videos.

mexaloco exactly!!!
No sense of humor
The sense of humour is absent here.
Tom Collings your right Tom, perhaps my humor was absent. I just didn’t see it as a section I will enjoy. But I will respect 100% what others enjoy
I just wanted to say “it was not my cup of tee”
To be fair, this is sort of stuff is miles better than the poorly scripted, robotic vibes of the very first guest reviews.
Nothing from my favorite albums: Screaming for Vengeance and Defenders of the Faith
Or my favorite song Ram It Down.
I dig the reaction videos myself. I kind of feel dumb now because on the last reaction video I said to blow up the screen and cover the guys so I could focus on one thing at a time, not thinking about the fact that these are reaction videos, I'm supposed to watch the reaction. The story of the Turbo video continues in the Locked In video! How could you have missed that?
Damn! Well we are here to learn so thanks!
10:32 were going fishing
I'm surpprised I've never seen the Hot Rocking video.... This was the first time.... and the last time!!!
I enjoyed this one more than yesterday's. I think Blayne and Daniel were more in the swing of things this time around, maybe it was the beer or maybe it was because they had already hammered out a reaction video
did he just congratulated Dave Holland?
I wonder if Blayne has ever done a "Aristocrats" joke....
HOW ARE WE NOT DISCUSSING HALFORDS HAIR IN TURBO LOVER!!!
AMAZING!!!!!
RIP Dave
"And now we're going to watch You've Got Another Thing Co....wait what the hell is this? Why are they working out?"
I know these were all filmed back to back but after these videos are all posted please don't do anymore reaction videos. (No disrespect intended) These guys are hilarious though! That impression at 1:41 was spot on!

Good one,like them all \m/
I would have loved to see the guys reactions to "Don't Go."
My hearing must be failing because when I heard you call the Hot Rockin' video amazing, I heard "awful".
With that, would love to see you guys react to some glam and hair metal. Twisted, Ratt, QR, Bon Jovi, VH, Dokken, Whitesnake, Crue, Wasp.
Good idea. Despite what some viewers think we don't want to make fun of metal bands - so we'd only do the glam stuff with someone who genuinely digs and respects it, for fun. Maybe!

"Flying A" Hahahaha!!! :D
How about a Nitro Freight Train review!? Lots of material to pick apart in that one!
Judas Priest my favorite Band! 🤘🏻
Not a problem with reaction vids. Think Blayne is in his element here, off the cuff comments. Like it.
I like this keep doing reacts but only with Blayne and Dekay 😂
Hey, at least we have Sarah's album review to look forward to.
Epic album!
The cover for Point of Entry looks pretty cool to me 🙁
I like it, more vids :D
Breakin The Law - Emo Halford.....Hot Rockin - good song BAAAAAAAD video....Turbo Lover "the 3rd wheel chasing after the 3rd wheel" lol
I made it halfway, but I just couldn't take anymore. I will watch Lock Horns though.
This would be a better segment if you guys did this with really shitty, old obscure bands like Beavis and Butthead used to do.
There was an actual video sequel to that video. Turbo was bad and so was the other song. Locked In. ua-cam.com/video/Zr6rChjsWgs/v-deo.html
Wolftooth
Lowdrive
Sundrifter
Merlin got new releases...but I guess I'll watch this..

@daniel: Don't worry, I've done the same "breakin' the what" joke to the same response. Some ppl are just no fun! :p
I like Point of Entry cover art. The shape is great. So is Glenn Tipton's chest.
Actual metalheads in the flesh.....I thought you guys were extinct
This is like Beavis and Butthead LOL!
The only way for reaction videos to 'work' is that the viewers have never seen the videos before. In this case they admit they have seen the JP videos hundreds of time before..so what is the point?
I dig reactions.....would trade Nostradamus for Turbo anyday.
70's part was wierd, in some way forced, but in this something worked :D . Waiting for the third part. That said I would prefer some reactions on something new tho: some track from new bands that you guys didn't listen before ( or new material from known bands ). Anyway love your work guys, keep going
you two are so funny and cute :3
hate reaction vids but i loved all the gay jokes, good stuff guys
First time I saw Breaking the Law - Beavis and Butthead.
Synthesizers have ruined more great bands than drugs, fueds, controversial statements, jail time & shitty girlfriends combined.
You can tell Blayne was drinking because his energy is way too low
Breaking the Law is an awesome and epic song but if I had been a fan since British Steel (I wasn't even born yet) I'd be sick of that song too lol
Blayne, is that real leather, bro?
Up next: workout videos!
Steven Salembier and then maybe some unboxing videos
Maybe O.J. Simpson got the idea to steal back his own shit from this video. He should have used the Judas Priest defense in court.
I want those jackets😫
Black sabbath put out seven albums in the 80s.
HOLY SHIT... I am still laughing about the 3PM nude beach Turbo party. Blayne, you are the best. I don’t get all the hate. Reaction videos is the worst plague on YT.
Would rather watch Bobby Blitz and DD Verni doing “Overkill Reacts.”
But just to add one thing ...Judas priest is the best metal band ever !!! waiting for the FIREPOWER...
I like the Turbo album ...fuck it !!
These reactions might be better in shorter bits, not 3 in 1
I respect you guys for trying new things but in my opinion I don't think these reaction videos are very good or entertaining.
