Good looking pattern you’ve got there, can’t wait to see how it looks in the blade you’re going to make from it. Freezing cold at your place, blazing hot at mine, 42 Celsius (107 Fahrenheit) on my veranda in the shade this afternoon. Never ever seen snow in the part of the world I’m living in. That pattern is starting to look really striking Course if you get sick of the cold you can come south where its midsummer, 33C and 70% humidity, think I managed to sweat half my body weight out just doing half a dozen san mai billets by hand this afternoon. I could complain, but I hate snow :)

You know, I don't think I'll ever make blacksmithing my career in the future, but these videos are extremely fascinating and very informative. Lots of videos on crafts tend to just show highlights, but your videos seem to always go the extra mile to explain everything. I greatly appreciate that and now have a greater understanding of just how meticulous blacksmithing can be.
