Sony Betamax SL-F30PS "Tape is not loading..."

HELP // My SONY Betamax SL-F30PS is broken.
Any help would be most appreciated...
1) Recorder does not get the tape inside.
2) Even though there is no tape inside, it acts as if there is a tape in it.
3) Recorder plays, rewind and forward as if there is a loaded tape.
4) When I push the Eject button, tape tries to unload the tape as if it is inside, but it can not.
5) All the tape travel mechanism, pinch roller etc are at the loaded position.
PS. I'm interested in electronics and I have basic info about electronic and mechanics.

I think the video head is inside and the video mechanics are in the video playback mode now. So press the tape eject button and help the mechanical parts to come out to the normal position with your hand. Then insert the tape again

@@VideoLaFaSol Here are some videos on UA-cam about loading gear Betamax. Just do a search. This is how I did it the first time😄
