The Tutsi migrated there perhaps 1,000 years ago as Nilotic-Cushitic nomadic herders/ pastoralists who mixed with the agriculturalist Hutu yet stayed distinct. It clearly explains how the Tutsi migrated down the white Nile valley to Rwanda, Burundi and the neighbouring regions as pastoralists then conquered the Iron Age Bantu Hutu agriculturalists and Twa hunter gatherers. It also shows great footage of the kingdom and how the Tutsi kings ruled over the Hutu.
