If you want stress free wealth building, stay debt free period then buy everything in cash ie. Car, investment property etc. Sleep better at night and you will be mentally better off. Also, dont buy life insurance like this. Stick with term life policy. Once you are debt free, life insurance becomes less important. Dont get greedy and think you can outsmart insurance companies.
