    Adjuster here: You are the contractor I always want to work with. Sure, you're trying to maximize as much profit and benefit to your company as possible, but who wouldn't. I always try to give contractors as much as I can. But he's right on the small stuff - waste factor, ridge and starter, etc.. - there has to be a give and take. Usually, if I have to deny the smaller stuff because of the carrier I work for, I go back to the original inspection conducted by the carrier and find items that were missed to hopefully make up for the item(s) I had to deny due to carrier guidelines.

      Thanks a million for the awesome comment brother. You are also the kind of adjuster I would prefer to work with every time. The property owner needs you my friends. It’s all worth it. Keep going. Thanks again! 🙏🙌💖👊😉

    Hi. What moisture content should be in the water saturated roofing deck?
    I got 17% l. Is it enough for a claim? Thanks

    So, if they add an item in the shingle line item, why do they add, for example,,, cornice returns to shingles?

    • @InsuranceRestorationTraining
      @InsuranceRestorationTraining  Рік тому

      Sorry. I don’t think I understand the question. Who is “they” and what do you mean “add cornice returns to shingles if they add an item in the shingle line item”? I’m lost. Sorry. Thanks for watching. 🙏👊😉

      @@InsuranceRestorationTraining most of the time insurance will say “it’s been added to the shingle waste”. It’s not a line item.

    • @InsuranceRestorationTraining
      @InsuranceRestorationTraining  Рік тому

      Check the description of that particular line item. The waste doesn’t include cornice gable returns. 👊😉
