It would be impossable becouse even in the episode we never se it happening. Harvey hade that meating with the teen then they talk to there client and jump to something bigger and thats about it as far as the infuencers case. They dont show anything more of it.

Tbf. A 16 year old trying to extort 10 million dollars, because of a couple blackheads that she had no proof came from the specific product, was never going to end well.
really hated this story line, because it rings so very true. Influencer has a break out, claims a certain product did it with zero evidence, then proceeds to shake down whom she is accusing and threatens slander if she doesn't get her way

Wouldn't be slander, its defamation. Which is a lot worse, cause even after having to admit it was baseless, now you gotta pay all current and projected damages, loss of profit, and even potential criminal charges depending on how far things go.

Im rewatching after watching it during the original run. People seem to hate Season 8 (I kinda did back in 18). But man, oh man, this is the best Harvey-Louis episode. From the lashing out, accepting to do “couples therapy”, to Lipschitz telling Harvey he has issues and then telling Louis about it, to Louis immediately figuring out Harvey feared losing him (pulling a Litt). This episode rocked!

This was a disappointing episode. Should have showed how he'd handle this case and win.

Wow someone missing "Rachel" the worst actress I have ever seen. Watch one interview with Meghan and co stars from Suits and you will stop missing her. She is at the top of being entitled and even attacked the much bigger co star "Mike Ross" in live interviews.
Regarding Suits I liked it in the beginning but they pumped up the Donna character to such ridicolous proportions it killed the whole show. Now its 90% someone feeling offended and cool shots of hot women. The first season was by far the best. Imo Mike and the actor was instrumental in keeping the show interesting as he was not that super glamorous elite laywer but felt at least a little bit real.
Thank the Queen of England and the Duchess of Sussex for ruining the whole show. And if you are wondering if that Queen of England jibe was intended. You are right.

If you listen carefully in the last scene, He says to luis "tell your client how would they look when people find out they are suing a 16 year old girl". Meaning he is asking him to convince his client to pay up that teen!

They should have dug deeper into this scene. I felt it was incomplete.
Actually that case was never discussed again in the entire episode and Also, it was Harvey Spectre losing the argument and walking out of the room
For those who are interested, what we saw here of this influencer...THIS WAS IT. This was the entirety of what the show gave us on this case. We don't ever get to see what happened after that ONE meeting.

Im spoiled by watching too much House and thinking there could be a story about a 'patient' or in this case a client. This was going to be the hook I needed to watch the show but seeing as they just dump you like that without the end of the clientside Im definitely not watching this show.
