those bags look great, would love to have a set for my groms. thank you for all the instructional videos. the dhm cam, intake, exhaust and aracer tuning videos were very helpful to me when i put it on my 2022 SP, and you inspired me to make a dirt/adventure grom out of my yellow 2022 cause im to old to stunt lol
Love the mini moto content. I know how much time must go into filming and editing in addition to the work on the bikes. Keep it up, your channel has the best quality. Those bags and kickstand would go great on my ‘22 Grom!
I actually emailed kemimoto about that. On their website they have them the other direction but I installed them according to the included instructions (which have them the way I installed). But yes, they can easily go either way.
I seen other way on the link an looked like they was on ur hills when u was riding. They definitely looked right on the ruckus tho. Then there’s the wind resistance flat side forward.
@@otis3357 but the opening is on the pointy side that doesn’t close completely so if that’s hitting the wind it’s going to fill them with air once you get up to speed (although this is a Grom 😂)
You make some very nice videos and I have watched you for 6+ years now. I'm not a bagger fan, but they do not look bad on your bike. You inspired me to make my 2019 Monkey to look like yours, way back then...it still does look like your older street version of your 2019 Monkey, and I get great comments on how it looks and performs. People are always stopping me to get a photo with it. Thanks for all the advise and "how to" videos as they are really informative and helpful. I would love the bags, just because they are from you. saddle bags look good but does resting up against the exhaust like that harm them? 🤔 my exhaust sits high like yours but only single.. but does get pretty hot during long rides 👍
The titanium exhaust cans don’t get hot (plus they have the carbon fiber guards) - if you have a high mount exhaust that gets hot enough to melt plastic I wouldn’t mount these.

I can’t wait to put a Grom in my stable. I’ve got a 2021 Honda CB300R. I am interested in the Saddle Bags as I to don’t have a way to keep more than documents and maybe my phone or wallet under the seat. Great video and very informative thumbs up 👍.
I bought these bags and not a fan. The Amazon sites unistalling under the seat but that really messes up the angle. They also install the bags backwards on the Amazon video. The strap on the seat is obnoxious to sit on. My search for saddlebags for the grom continues. Might cave and go with the trex saddle bags

@@eastcoastish i didn't have spring rate option at the time of purchase. I contacted Gears, and the said my rate for my weight is correct. I don't think there accounting for a two shock setup. Anyway, ordered the lighter ones. Thx for confirming my hunch.
At least not on the titanium cans I have, they don’t get too hot plus have carbon fiber guards in them. If you have a high mount exhaust I’d make sure that it doesn’t touch if it gets too hot…
What is stopping those bags from melting on your exhaust? Those bags would work better on a bike that doesn’t have gorgeous dual high-mount exhaust in my opinion. Your exhaust is pretty badass and I hate the idea of them being hidden under melting bags
The titanium cans never get hot to the touch plus they have the carbon fiber guards on them. But I agree these are better suited for an exhaust mounted in the stock location.
Why not get rid of the slow Grom and get a Talaria Sting R with a "new controller" and maybe a rear sprocket upgrade. Seems like you are behind the times with the Grom stuff.. Stuff going hard to electric. You might want to take that into account.

Hi kent! Any issues with yours monkey gears rear shock spring rate? Mine r way to stiff.
There are 2 spring rates and I have the lighter one, but no they were awesome on and off the track. Stiffer than stock but felt great to me.
