Getting a drivers license in the Philippines sure is different than Canada. We have to get a learners permit at 14 year old and then drive for 2 years to get experience. Then at 16 you have to take the driving exam for the full license. 😀

I "hate" Filipino Time :) .. For me it's just rude and it shows a lack of respect to the person you make wait for you. In business, it won't fly. My first boss told me, it's better you arrive an hour early and wait than 5 minutes late. Punctuality is something our parents teach us is very important in the West and being late (especially if you don't call to say you're running late and when you will actually arrive), could result in insulting someone. Well, that's my rant (and it's not related to Mariben haha). It just drives me crazy.
