If you have the pocket you can get all the mod cons you need. Mine is only a 2014 and have heeted sheets, cruse control, DSG also a LWB but i love it, perfect for me the dog and the wife..
Your fuel gauge is definitely knackered - I have the same van and self service topped out at £99, from fuel light to £99 takes me to over 3/4 a tank and my MPG is constantly mid 40s 👍 Re dailying, I dailied mine for months no problem but would I sooner jump in my F31 3 series with the best auto box ever made and a nice quiet ride? Obviously, but the Transporter community is unmatched… I will however definitely be keeping the BM as well!
I suppose it’s personal preference to what you can stand to drive daily. My early t5 has no mod cons at all. Not even electric windows. Yet I much prefer to drive it than our golf mk6 with all the gadgets etc. Even though my t5 is slammed static, slow as,,, ratterly, noisey, somewhat still feels like a builders van, and is more effort to drive than a car. I still find it more enjoyable to drive. Makes the car seem boring and like it has no character.
It does give me a smile and seeing people wave is always awesome . I never would’ve usually been bothered by it . But owning my Tiguan has made me partial to a few luxuries now 😄

Wat size wheels? Currently looking for different wheels but not sure about the size.
Think they’re 19’s from memory
Is this done for looks only, or are there other benefits to making a van so low.
All about looks . This is a show van 🤘🏻
