I don't use either of these products, but Turtle Wax is definitely my go to car wash brand. The Hyper Foam Wheel and Tire Cleaner and The Ceramic Foaming Car Wash Soap are both fantastic
Turtle Wax has come a long way that’s for sure.

@@FABAutomotiveDetailing I did purchase 1gal of the hyper foam wheel and tire prep. Definitely my new go to.
The iron decon is a great product. I can say first hand keep it away from the plastic. I sprayed some on top of my wife’s car and it dripped down onto her B pillars. Stained them right through the lithium trim cube coating. I cleaned and coated over and can still see some of the staining 🤦🏼♂️😩

Hey FAB! Good review as usual thx. My question is; how does the Rapid Decon react with existing waxes, sealants etc.. Is it inert or does it diminish or strip coatings?

I'm curious, I always raise my wipers when I clean my vehicles but I rarely ever see pro detailers do it. I makes is so much easier to clean and protect the glass.
I do it during the contact wash, not before. Here's why. I put my wipers up during the foaming one time, and when I hit the wiper blade with the foam it came off. The metal wiper arm snapped down on my windshield and cracked it. I needed a new windshield. Use caution.
I put the wipers up after the wash and once dry. You run a chance of hitting them when washing and causing damage.
I'm looking for an Iron Decon that won't stain plastic trim! My wife's Escape has that plastic body trim that runs the length of the car! Eagle One was great but you can't find it anymore!
I did not experience it myself but someone in the comments of this video said it stained his trim.

I love the renewed Turtle Wax, but my biggest complaint is they don’t offer bulk.
I love it also! I believe they sell the wheel cleaner in gallons.
@@FABAutomotiveDetailing I think you are correct. I think if they would offer their interior cleaners in bulk or concentrate, it would really get them back into the game even moreso. I’m a firm believer in using things that work, whether high end or bargain basement. Turtle Wax stuff lately just works.

Turtle Wax is NOW a very good company. Just keep the price point down.
Hey Fab......that truck would have been a good example of polishing with all the vinyl decals. How do you do it, and what do you use? Cars and boats have tons of decals on them, and no detailers are talking about how to detail. Hope business is doing well. Cool video.
Turtle Wax has made a complete 180! I’m not polishing this one but if I was I would just be careful around the decals. If they are full you can use a fine polish and lightly go over them to bring them back. Thanks
