And we know where that peace comes from. The days are flying off the calendar and our change is coming soon! Do you spend time wondering about that brief period of time following? Both my Mom and Dad have passed - they were my very best friends. I talked to them on the phone almost every day. I have advanced muscular dystrophy and am often alone. Your voice and demeanor are so kind and are so comforting to me. I am a Christian and, Praise the Lord, know that Jesus is always with me. He gives me so much strength and comfort. Brother, there are evangelists, missionaries, preachers with thousands depending and feasting on their words , some even in 3rd world countries whose followers even go as far as worshiping them. Then there are those who, without applause and bells ringing, quietly and simply, speak the loving reassurance of God's love and intimate care for His beloved children. Words of encouragement and edification, by the Holy Spirit Himself, are what is needed to face hardships, sorrow and fear. These people are handpicked by Abba Himself and are even very necessary for the Body of Christ. I thank God for this very special gift that you, and others, share with us. Shalom and maranatha!
