Is anyone else reminded of the “Warriors” book series?
The studio behind Cat Tails actually worked on a Warriors fangame over a decade ago called Warriors Untold Tales! It's basically the precursor to Cat Tails!
I played it to death so I know a lot about it hehe 😂

I played the previous title and i had no idea they were releasing a second. The first one was already really entertaining and had me addicted lol. This one seems like it has features i wish were in the first. Definitely worth playing imo if you like story/farming offline games. Very chill, funny and you dont have to wait for nothing. You can just go and do your thing. Might even be competing with animal crossing on my tier list.
Is it like the cat version of Stardew Valley? Because that’s the kind of vibes I’m getting from it
@gianfailla6497 you've got the right vibes then. It reminded me of stardew valley as well when playing it. But cattails has more of a story than sv does, at least the first part. Seems like this one is getting a story as well!

legitimately one of my favourite game series. I was so invested in first cattails I got called the "top active player" in 2021 on switch. wildwood story is such a good sequel, I can't get enough of it

@@SoulWingzthe first game was not! But the dev did get his start making warrior fan games for his sister! I highly recommend checking out the dev livestreams on their channel it has a lot of cool info about the game

Looks exactly like stardew valley but you play as a cat, either way it looks super cute and I’ll probably buy it just for the story and for the cats.

Apparently, this is a sequel (?), but I never even heard about the first one. It's too bad - I read a number of the "Warriors" series by Erin Hunter when I was younger, and I feel like this has a similar flavor, so I would probably have enjoyed it on that basis alone. I'll have to look into both!
My daughter loved the first and is now loving this even more. Well done Devs creating a couple of her favourite games.

Saw this trailer a couple days ago and thought I’d buy the first one just to see what it was all about because I love cats and the Warriors books. I’m currently obsessed with it and I’m planning to get Wildwood soon!

I loved the 1st game so much, i had to get this one. I enjoyed it a lot. Still havent exactly finished the main story... but i'll get back to that another time.
